Yesterday I had the honor of leading the judging at the 25th Annual @tasmanianfinefoods awards in the Savoury Preserves & Ferments category. There were over 60 entries from all over Australia. So many interesting, vibrant, delicious entries this year. I tasted the best Horseradish I've ever tasted, voluptuous middle eastern pickles, and a truly sublime Quince vinegar. It is always an honor to be asked to give your opinion on such lovingly crafted offerings. I am grateful for my research manifesting in this way. I rarely get to share a day with experts talking about the intricacies of Delicious. It's a true privilege.
