Ingredients: 4 beef burger patties. 8 slices of bacon. 4 jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded. 4 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for garnish.
Instructions: Set your grill's temperature to medium-high. Put the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly by mixing. In each half of a jalapeo, stuff the cream cheese mixture. Put two stuffed jalapeo halves in the center of each beef patty. In order to make a stuffed patty, shape the meat around the jalapenos. Put two slices of bacon around each stuffed burger patty, securing with toothpicks if necessary. Burger patties wrapped in bacon should be cooked on a preheated grill for five to seven minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the burgers are cooked to your preferred doneness. Lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they get a little browned, while the burgers are cooking. After the burgers are done, take them off the grill and give them some time to rest.
