The key word here being "schlub." Trouble is, no SMT protagonist could be called a schlub by its traditional usage of "some sloppy-looking dude," they're all pretty well-groomed and fit. Heck, the only character in Megaten I can think of that kinda approaches the level of Kevin James' peak schlub is Todoroki from P2:

But these are really nowhere near the topic. So let's narrow the definition of "schlub" somewhat to a guy who is just "unattractive." And, to my eyes as a straight male who just wants something appropriately apocalyptic to look at while playing the game, the hero that's the biggest eyesore to me continues to be the Nahobino, who is paired with none other than the conventionally attractive Tao:

OK, I know it's cheating a little bit to pair the Nahobino with non-Panagia Tao, but you're gonna have to deal with it. So there you have it: Nahobino is the Kevin James of Megaten! I don't think he'd be the Al Bundy of Megaten, since he doesn't wear any pants he can stick his hand down into, plus his shoes are uggo.

Our Flag Means Death's Stede Gentlemen-Pirate Bonnet& Ed Blackbeard Teach : Very easy to rewatch these sweet, silly pirates fall in love over and over again.

Krapopolis' Deliria& Schlub: Gotta love a husband with unshakeable loyalty to his wife (they have an open marriage but Schlub will defend Deliria's violent antics)

Andy Bass' Hannah& Heather: vicious bully is only nice to the kind but ditzy Selkie. Inspirational!
