Is anyone else having anxiety over how school is starting soon? It’s like “I’m going to have anxiety over the anxiety I know I will eventually get from school stress”. I can’t even think about school without the anxiety bubbling up within me.

I this doesn’t show that their is something wrong with the school system I don’t know what does.

my mom is the cause of my anxiety

my anxiety is making me procrastinate my homework because i have to turn it in to her

she gets upset that I’ve not done my homework

i try to explain why i’m not doing it, she interrupts me and causes more of the anxiety that’s causing me to procrastinate.

and then insists that my anxiety is this big made up excuse that i’m using to get out of homework

i happen to love school

and thus starts the vicious cycle of the school year.
