Here's the end result. Eighteen jars of hot sweet chutney. I love this recipe. The fruit takes the edge off the heat, which doesn't hit straight away. Instead you get the full fruity flavour of the chillies as the heat builds in intensity, warming you right through. It's our best selling preserve. I wonder why?
