Meanwhile The actual scene 🫠🥹🫶🏻
Here's my little something to celebrate that Codename: Kids Next Door and other old Cartoon Network shows are on Tubi starting this month. I made it based off Star Wars Episode VII's table read photo.
finally found 7x17 script!! remember that interview (or podcast?) where Jensen said something about the scene where Dean gives the trench coat back to Cas, but the lines in the script written by Sera is suddenly turning very girly and not something he'd imagine Dean would say, so he had to spend almost an hour with Robert Singer and Misha to come up with a more manly way to deliver it. And this is what's in the script:
EXT. HOSPITAL - CONTINUOUS Cas, freaked, walks through the lot. Dean catches up. Dean: Cas. Stop. (Cas does, reluctant) If you remember-- you know you did the best you could at the time-- Castiel: Don't defend me. Do you know the death toll? In Heaven, on Earth? (then) We didn't part friends, Dean. Dean: So? Castiel: I deserved to die. I can't possibly fix it-- so why did I walk out of the river? Dean: I dunno. Maybe to go fix it. (then) Look. He goes to the car trunk. Digs... Comes up with Cas's folded, stained TRENCH COAT. Dean: Dumb to keep. I know. I saw you-- dissolve or whatever. But, just in case. 'Cause I never stopped wanting to fix it either. So we got something in common. (re: the coat) Just-- take it. Please.
Jensen is right, it doesn't feel like the best writing, because... Dean just wouldn't use those words to admit those very specific feeling. In the end they cut the whole speech, leaving just Dean holding out the trench coat (which admittedly is still one of the biggest destiel moments, they just couldn't make it any less mutual pining from that shot and plot design). But still, it's good to know at least that's in his heart. Dean wanted to fix it as much as Cas did.
Caitvi Actors AU - First Script Reading
Just a quick messy sketch.
Sketch Timelapse :)
1990 script is interesting. A lot of core elements are there, there’s also a lot they were still working out (Chip is there sometimes but still labeled Music box for most) but there was also some parts that actually made it to screen much later in 2017! That could be it’s own post (let me know)
This one is just some funny/cute moments
KNOCKOUT GOSSIPS TO STARSCREAM AGAINST HIS WILL??? Ft. Starscream’s glitchy vocalizer [Length— 1:05]
|| voice acting/script reading (and writing!)/sound mixing practice || art above by moi :3
please be kind, this is my first real voice-acting thing and i hope ya’ll like it :3
[For context: Starscream, with a glitching vocalizer (for no apparent reason) gets basically kidnapped by Knockout and has his audial talked off (also for no apparent reason).] (16+ jokes ahead, but nothing really happens)
Transcript and extra below :)
Misread a kiss scene for a fight scene in a script today during drama class and my scene partners laughed at me but BRO I'M ACE IT'S ALL THE SAME TO ME!
