Self Help Exercise: Kill the Frogs
Self Help Exercise: Imagine each individual thought you have right now is a frog... when each thought "hops" so does your frog, to a Lilly pad. We bet you after after a few moments of thinking, you will not only question how your frog (Thought) got to a particular Lilly pad, or from where it started... We also want to know how many frogs started jumping at once (multiple thoughts) different sizes (depressing, fearful thoughts can be HUGE) and the last thing we want to know.... Why would you want to think about frogs or anything when you know your not going to remember where they started or understood where they wound up, LOL! Kill the frogs and stop wasting time, there is air to breath and ACTIONS to take! its winter, you will see frogs in the summer, why track them now, when you should be hugging on someone :)
Self Help Exercise: Thought Focus
Self Help Exercise: You have thoughts... Negative or positive in your head right now, take a pen and paper, write them down, go ahead... make them Exist, now the longer you sit there and write your Elusive created thoughts (no matter what they are) ask yourself what you accomplished? Nothing and you lost anywhere from a second to a lifetime lost in thought! #Bhang your mind Clear, stop random thinking, focus and take action now toward your goals-
