To everybody struggling, to everybody not feeling their best, to everybody feeling guilty over not being able to do what they want/should: you are valid, you are seen and you matter. Even though you feel like you have 'no reason' to feel like you do, there is one. You feel this way, which makes it valid. You dont need a reason for diabetes but it happens. And if you had diabetes, you'd give your body what it needs. Same goes for mental matters. You didnt choose it, it happened. So take your time, practice some self care and do what is best. You are allowed to feel this way and you are allowed to take care of yourself.
