Possible endings for TV show Selfie (ABC Network)

1/ (most probable) Eliza is marrying Freddy. Henry breaks in the church on the +most+ majestic horse to confess his love.

2/ Henry gives up on his feelings seeing that Eliza seems happy with Freddy. Yet he knows now he loves her and nobody else. Thus he breaks up with his current girlfriend (Julia that came back in his life). And he decides to accept a promotion far from the town because it hurts too much to see her everyday. But he says nothing from all of this to Eliza since he doesn’t want to interact with her life and wants her to be happy. Eliza is about to get married to Freddy. She has a happy life yet she doubts and do not know why. She finds nobody’s help satisfying and would like to ask Henry. But she, too, do not want to bother him since she thinks he’s in a happy relationship with Julia. She calls him but he doesn’t answer. She mechanically checks on social medias and discovers he and Julia are not a couple anymore. And somehow she understands he’s about to get a plane (remember it’s where they *met* the first time). She chases him in the airport in her wedding dress.

3/ Point 2/ but reversed. It’s Eliza who’s leaving. And he’s the one chasing after her in the airport after he realised proposing to Julia was a mistake.

4/ Something else about new-fearless-Henry doing something crazy to get her and begging her to have “ugly-red-head-korean” babies and a cat with him.

5/ Henry showing up at Eliza’s door and doing the undressing coat thing for her.

shared, but separate moments - a heliza drabble

because you know henry wouldn’t have removed working for the weekend from his playlist.

written because as usual, i was watching the episodes at two am 

eliza dooley made her way over to the glass house her friend henry calls home, a little early for their friday night lesson that always somehow turns into a movie night complete with takeout. (not that she minded.) she stopped short of knocking on the door when she heard it- music (what is that, 80s rock?) blaring from henry’s excellent living room sound system. a peek through the glass windows of his home afforded her a view of henry higgs himself, mister button ups and bow ties, having a one-man concert complete with a tv remote mic.

she couldn’t help the grin that spread across her face, immediately reaching for her phone to capture the moment- until she remembered the first thing she learned from him. (you think you’re getting it, but you are in fact missing it.) and henry higgs dancing in his living room like nobody was watching is not a thing she wants to miss. eliza gives him (and herself) a few more minutes to enjoy the moment before she knocks.
