‘‘ Now this - is a strange one. While I do like Seraphine’s standard outfit as I believe the browns compliment her very well and give out the Piltover’s general aesthetic - I think more colour would help a lot !  I thought of something casual looking, nothing incredibly fancy ! Simple but still has it’s charm that will pull curious eyes towards her! Also that hair ? Ugh... So oddly ... puffy, slightly straightened up and braided looks pretty cute ! A tint of purple at the ends is perfect too ! ‘‘
