Alright! The weekend is here - the sun is kind of shining but spring is in the air. Spring is like New Years Resolutions all over again! New goals to achieve with new milestones to accomplish! Timing is EVERYTHING! Maybe January 1st wasn't the time for a NEW YEAR/ NEW YOU! Spring naturally signals growth and energy - why not take advantage and make this about you - but don’t make your fitness goal just about weight loss and looking good, make it about wellness! Fitness isn’t a 1 time thing! Fitness is a lifestyle change! Something that will be a part of us for the rest of our lives! When you make it about wellness opposed to just weight loss, you are more likely to see your resolutions through!
The real question here is what do we do to get started? Shapes has something for literally everyone! It’s all about being the right place at the right time! Start with a class, challenge yourself to 10 visits in 10 days, maybe start small with a 5 day pass to try it out! Possibilities are endless but it’s up to you and your motivation to try! It’s the best thing that you can do for yourself! You wont have a single regret by making yourself healthier! We understand how scary it can be but its the most rewarding in the long run!
