💚💚SUCCESS IS FOUND not given 💚💚 ⠀⠀ Today I finished #shaunathon --a full HOUR of intense, Shaun T centered workouts that took me through each phase of my commitment to myself over the last 2 months: ⠀⠀ 💚I committed to working out for 20 minutes a day for 6 weeks. I committed to myself, I committed to my team, and I committed to my program. ⠀⠀ 💚I climbed one hell of a mountain and pushed myself further and further knowing I had the strength to do so because of my commitment. ⠀⠀ 💚I conquered any doubts and any fears I had about completing a 6-week program. I conquered the negativity both from myself and others saying I couldn't.
