Osoro has always been, in a way, a bad influence on the delinquents. Not intentionally, though. In Genka's tape, she says that Osoro demonstrated that violence was the answer to her problems, but I'm pretty sure that not much else could have been done in that situation. Lord knows the headmaster wouldn't have done much if Osoro got her ass beat outside of the school.
During the incident, she defended herself, which is technically what you're supposed to do when you're being attacked. Although the way does vary. Osoro used violence as a means to defend herself because she didn't want an incident like this to happen again. Hopefully, by proving that she was stronger than this group of students, would prevent them from coming with whatever people they can gather and harming not just her, but the other students.
Despite her fair reason, Osoro did end up making a... unique mark on the school. Some students were scared of her, some students disapproved of her violent choices, but others, like the delinquents, looked up to her, and some students even went to her in hopes of protection in certain situations. Due to this, her being suspended did leave an awkward mark on Akademi for a time.
Umeji and the other delinquents obviously look up to Osoro, and I don't think his feelings vary much different from his comrades outside of being more loyal. If Umeji had to pick someone to enter a relationship with, I think he'd be more compatible with someone weaker. Umeji strives to be like Osoro because she's protective and won't allow any harm to come to herself or others. He wants to have someone to protect, too.
The whole reason the delinquents follow Osoro is because she had an answer to their problems. It wasn't the best, but it was all they were offered. The guidance counselor had failed them, the staff failed them, their peers failed them, and the headmaster always seemed ready to drop them. Even when they first began following her around, she didn't turn their back to them. She allowed them to follow her and conversed with them as much as she pleased. Even if it wasn't much, it was something to them, way more than they'd gotten from the school or their family. Even if Osoro wouldn't will it, it makes sense for them to be so defensive after her suspension. They have to keep her legacy alive somehow, right? So they did it the only way they knew how- violence.
Taro in this week is getting continuously exhausted of the events that have transpired around him. And somehow, that leads to him being comforted by the leader of a delinquent gang. Well, not intentionally comforted, but it leaves him with someone to talk to, someone who doesn't seem to judge him for the past incidents. I'd have to be doing a lot of work to make Osoro having feelings for Taro valid and vice versa. Considering we didn't get any legitimate information during the rival introduction video, I'll have to come up with some ideas myself. Of course, I could also go with so cheap childhood friend schmuck, and I'm sure it would be a pretty fun idea, but I might be able to come up with something more clever along the line. It's not like Osoro's going to fall in love with the Taro from week one. Too much has happened for him to be the same as then, so maybe she'll be shocked by a Taro we don't often see? We'll see.
Genka didn't want to suspend Osoro for such a small reason, but she really, truly needed the time to reform the delinquents. Now that she's back, Genka has to hope that this doesn't negatively affect whatever progress she's got with the delinquents. Osoro is by no means a bad person, she's just a terrible teacher. She does things by her own rules and doesn't rake responsibility for the influence she has on others until someone is in danger. That and her overconfidence is her only problem. I think that her incident causing her to be both feared and admired is something that could really lead her to believe that she's damn near unstoppable. Which could be a good chance for Ayano to strike.
Another Yandere Simulator redesign, It’s Osoro this time!
first, there’s not much change in the appearance, her hair colour is dullen down and she wears the unisex uniform. She no longer has random bandages and scar as those are over the top in appearance.
Her name is now Shinobu Usami,Shinobu is a unisex name that means ‘endurance’ and Usami is a surname homage to Rika Usami who is a the Queen of Karate Kata (the last kanji (mi) is altered to keep a different meaning, Rika’s mi means ‘beauty’ while Shinobu’s mi means ‘look’)
For her personality, my friend Dusty(who is an amazing artist/ musician who helped me with Geiju) and I decided to rework her while still keeping her delinquent tendencies. Osoro/ Shinobu is a toughie, she’s usually does delinquent activity, however, none of which that will break the law (maybe she will just smoke weed, occasionally gets into small fights). However she is a person who really wants to achieve more in life despite of her image. Osoro/ Shinobu was born and raised in a low-income neighbourhood, she was one of the first few in her neighbourhood to be able to go to college with the money her parents manage to make and with the exams she was able to achieve through. Her parents have alot of hope in her. She has been doing so well in her studies, however she still has her own problems (such as her occasionally delinquent-like behaviour) and they would have to take measures to prevent and eventually stop her from misbehaving. She would receive therapy and visit the guidance councillor for help, or at least get some sort of punishment for her misbehaviour. She has a rather bad reputation in school, as other students find her ‘threatening, but she’s trying her darnest to improve, but sometimes, old habits die hard. Once again, I would like to thank Dusty for helping me out, seriously, you should checkout their work sometimes!!!!
Also, I would like to make her apart of the Martials Arts Club
everyone’s just hanging out, possibly after a big fight, one of the delinquent boys either punched one of the guys who attacked osoro from behind OR beat up one of the tougher rival delinquents
osoro looks a little surprised before grinning and slapping the delinquent boy on the back, “haha good job kid thanks”
he smiles back and says “thanks mom”
everyone freezes and it’s kinda awkward until osoro coughs and decides to just let it go before patting his back one more time and sending him to the convenience store to get bandaids or whatever
it gets really weird later on though, when the other delinquent boys keep accidentally calling her mom,
pre relationship, osoro defends oka from bullies (before getting suspended again)
after they start dating, the delinquent boys that follow osoro don’t exactly accept oka; like, why is our boss dating his shy af gloomy girl??
they don’t confront either of the girls though, cuz it’s a given that osoro could beat the shit out of them (plus it’d damage the relationship between osoro and the delinquent boys) and they can’t to risk harming/ trash talking oka since they know how much osoro likes her
flashforward a little, oka either sees one of the delinquent boys still getting cornered and bullied OR! learns about their past experience with the bullies, and tries to sneak sneak in some revenge cuz she’s worried about them
“they scare me but they’re important to osoro so they’re important to me!” kind of mindset
the next day, the delinquent boys see oka putting tacks in all the bullies shoes
after getting pricked, the bullies angrily throw the slightly bloody tacks away and oka fishes them out of the garbage
end of the day, after oka dismisses the club activities early, the boys see her take out the tacks and chant over them while waving her arms around all spooky like
by now the delinquent boys are like wtf is up with this weirdo chick?!?
but then over the next few days each of the bullies gets really, and i mean REALLY, bad luck: food poisoning, mugging, chipped nails, messed up uniforms you name it
the delinquent boys realize that oka was doing voodoo on the bullies and, although somewhat wary of her, she’s gained their respect
also they start calling her big sis oka and sometimes get overprotective of her over really simple things like watching out for puddles or offering to buy something small from the school store
