With Overture finished, and the first month of C4 wrapping up, I wanted to get a bit of a glimpse as to how things are looking.
For some context: this data was collected manually from AO3 from the Friday following a given episode to the Thursday of the next, in order to represent the fics being posted after a given episode. Given the ability to add/remove tags and backdate or delete works, it may not represent what is on the archive currently, but instead what was written during those weeks.
There were over 300 (!!!) fics posted in the Critical Role: Aramán tag. In comparison, the same first four weeks period saw 161 fics for C3 (out of 414 fics in the tag total), and 165 fics for C2 (out of 219 total) so C4 is off to a very strong start, probably a mix of being an easy entry point, so many characters to write about, and the really vivid plot beats and character dynamics already present in the Overture.
For the top ships, Tyranny/Wick was the first fic posted following e1, and while it was only the #1 per week for e1 and 3, has generally been sitting very high, and is the #1 romantic pairing. Occtigan (Occtis/Kattigan) was the other early strong start, but has dropped off in e3 as the two move to different tables, and with e4 was overtaken by Halaire (Halandil/Bolaire) which has the highest number of fics in a single week (19).
The actual #1 relationship however is the platonic pairing of Occtis & Thaisha - while it had a modest start early on, the drama around Occtis in e3 & e4 has put it in the top ship. Filling out the rest of our top spots are the platonic versions of Hal & Bolaire and Tyranny & Wick, as well as rising star with e4 Julien/Occtis (Juliocctis?), still-romantic-exes Hal/Thaisha, hot-for-paladin Teor/Wick, and Nightingale-linked soulmates (?) Vaesha (Thaisha/Vaelus) tied with former soldiers Azune/Teor.
For a more detailed look of all the ships, plus graphs per character, I've got a ton more stats below the cut!
Of the 78 possible pairings, 34 have at least one fic, so not quite halfway there. Another 9 have only the & tag, which pushes over the halfway point for overall character-character interactions.
Right now, the tags lean heavily M/M - making up 5 of the top nine ships, as well as 62% of the overall tags, M/M also has the highest proportion of possible tags in use, with 18 of 28 (64%) possible pairings compared to the 11 / 40 (28%) of F/M and 5 / 10 (50%) of F/F pairings, with F/F only making up 7% of ship tags at the moment.
Occtis is the most widely shipped character, very much the early fandom bicycle, only missing tags from Tyranny & Wick (although one of the few OT3 tags is Occtis/Tyranny/Wick). Hal is a close runner up on both fronts, shipped with everyone but Murray, Thimble, and Tyranny, and also has the greatest number of total tags/fics with his 60 to Occtis' 54.
Least ship'd we have poor, dear Murray Mag'nesson with only 3 tags, each for a different ship. followed by Thimble who's also only at 3 PC/PC tags but has more /NPC tags. Vaelus comes in third, mostly propped up by the Thaisha/Vaelus.
For the most single-focused, a full 92% of Bolaire ship tags are Halaire, the most one-sided of any of pairing or character. The other 'majority' ships are Occtis/Kattigan for Kattigan (but not Occtis, who's just under the radar at only 48%), Thaisha as the top ship for Vaelus (54%), and Tyranny/Wick who are each othersmajority (with 85% of Tyranny ships, and 67% of Wick ships)
On the platonic side, things are much more focused, with more single-use tags. 100% of Murray & tags is Bolaire & Murray, same with Tyranny & Wick being the only tag for Tyranny, and still the majority for Wick. Thaisha & Vaelus and Bolaire & Hal are also the top of both romantic and platonic, but Kattigan & Teor is the dominant tag for Kattigan, and Occtis & Thaisha the majority for both of them.
Occtis is also the most widely &'d character, having platonic tags for everyone but Kattigan, Murray, Teor, and Tyranny, Hal and Bolaire both following behind him in range, although Thaisha is the highest for total number (with Hal & Thaisha helping her beat out with Occtis since Occtis & Thaisha is the number one & pairing by far)
Again, Murray is at the bottom with only 3 tags, with Kattigan and Thimble are tied at second-least & tags at 5, followed by Vaelus and Teor at 9.
22 tags have both a romantic/sexual and a platonic variant, so we can calculate the most "shippy" of them. While there are a ton of ships with no & (and more with an & but no /), for the ones that have both, the most romantic is Teor/Wick at 9:1, followed by Azune/Kattigan at 4:1, and Julien/Occtis at 3.25:1.
The most platonic pairing is, unsurprisingly, Occtis & Thaisha at 1:18, followed by Bolaire & Occtis at 1:4, Kattigan & Teor at 1:3, then Thimble & Occtis at 1:2. There are two pairings that are (currently) perfectly balanced: Azune & Julien and Hal & Teor.
Overall, most characters have more romantic pairings than platonic (as platonic relationships are more often untagged or unwritten). Kattigan has the highest ration at almost 7:1, while most fall below 2:1, with Murray the perfect 1:1. Only three characters have more platonic works than romantic, Bolaire, Thimble, and Thaisha who is at 1:2 (mostly driven by the presence that is Occtis & Thaisha).
The Seekers' table is the only one where every dynamic has been tag'd, mostly driven by their focus in e4, while Schemers have 5 / 6 possible tags and Soldiers only 6 / 10. Seekers/Schemers has the most crossover (12 / 16 possible pairings), while the Soldiers' table has the most untagged dynamics (7 / 20 in both cases).
Dynamics that I think its wild not to have any tag at all, romantic or platonic:
Azune & Murray - the stuff with them in e3 staring into each others eyes? so good. given that they're at the same table, I expect this to change
Hal & Thimble - such an interesting dynamic. there's history there, even if the connection is mostly through Thjazi
Julien & Thimble - again, super ripe connection, especially with the Aranessa/Royce/Faerie ties. This one I can understand waiting for them to have more explained before writing, though
Teor & Thimble - come on, episode 1? big lion man with tiny pixie? I've seen so much fanart to not have any fic.
Murray & Thaisha and Murray & Tyranny, okay, so this is a stretch, but you see the vision, don't you?
Other same-table pairs I expect to see get something over these first arcs: Kattigan & Wick, Teor & Tyranny, Thimble & Wick
And, for those who want some more nitty gritty, the individual graphs for each character. (by nature, some of these lines overlap a bit, but that usually only happens with the 1/fic peaks. only major NPC ships have been included, which is mostly just Thjazi and Julien/Aranessa.
Splitting this up, lets start with the soldiers!
Kattigan we mostly see Occtigan which has a very strong early presence that has dropped off with e3/4, as well as Azune/Kattigan, which picks up a bit with e3 and Azune bidding the Soldiers' farewell, but there's little content in e4 as the Soldiers table was gone, although with one Murray/Kattigan fic to represent their e3 flirting.
This will be interesting to see evolve as we move into the next episodes covering their first arc, as Kattigan is mostly shipped with characters from other tables and not his fellow soldiers.
For Teor, the dominant ship is with Wick, although it only really shows up in e2/3 (where the Teor-Wick interactions are in play, with e1 having more of a focus with Azune, fellow mercenary. There are some singular fics with Hal & Kattigan, and the general omnipresence of Occtis shipping, but Wick is definitely the early lead
Thimble has generally not gotten a lot of ships - one with Vaelus, one with Occtis, one with Tyranny, the only big point is 2 fics with Thjazi, but it is still mostly tagged platonic.
Tyranny, while there are a few Thaisha fics coming out of their interaction at the funeral, and one Thimble fic (actually a full Soldiers/Soldiers fic), this is basically just Wickanny, with a early e1 peak and a higher e3 peak as we get into the details of the Creed.
Similarly, Wick is mostly with Tyranny, although Wick/Teor is higher for e2, but doesn't maintain the momentum; both ships fall of in e4 with the absence. In e1 we also see early uses of Juilen & Hal that fall off.
Now, for the seekers!
Julien has mostly nothing until we get the huge e4 leap of Juliocctis with the fall of House Davinos. Early on, we see Hal and Wick which fall off, and Thaisha who is low but present throughout but most for e2, while e3 and 4 have a decent showing of Aranessa as she gets more screentime, which is the most prominent PC/NPC relationship to date.
For Occtis, while he is the current fandom bicycle, these are mostly 1-2 fics since we're early on, and is driven in large part by a fic that has Occtis/almost every possible tag. The obvious swap here is between Occtigan in e1-2 and Juliocctis in e4, but notable there is a very consistent 1fic of Azune/Octis across all four episodes (and not from the same author!)
Thaisha's main pairing early on is Hal for obvious reasons, with the big peak coming in e2 which has some of the top moments ('stay') although it has fallen off in e3-4. e1 gives Tyranny, but it falls off quickly as they have no further interactions, while there's a decent amount of Julien with their enemies dynamic. Vaelus rises to be the top ship for e3/4 but is still relatively low as despite the weird psychic wolf bond, they still haven't had many interactions.
However, on Vaelus' otherwise very low ships, Thaisha thoroughly dominates. There is a Thimble and a Bolaire fic, but the only other ship of any note is Occtis/Vaelus coming out of e4.
For the schemers...
Azune has a decent amount of ships, but none that are super dominant. E1 starts off strong with Azune/Hal as they are the opening scene, but it doesn't show up in later episodes (we'll see if that changes when we get to the Schemers' table). The other torn banner mercenaries in Teor & Kattigan are the other top pairing, with Teor for e1/2 and Kattigan in e3, but with their departure these fall in e4. There's a low level constant of Azune/Occtis, but notable in e4 is a spike of Azune/Julien, although still only 2 fics.
Bolaire is basically just the exponential rise of Halaire, which has a slow but steady following until the huge jump in e4. There's one Vaelus and one Occtis fic, but its just the Halaire show here.
Hal, meanwhile, is more varied, with a ton of fics that come out of e1 that then pretty immediately fall to the wayside, leaving mostly just Hal/Thaisha giving way to Halaire in e3/e4.
And Murray. I feel sorry she ends up alphabetically here at the last, but I have nothing to say - there's one e1 fic based on the initial Murray/Vaelus reaction, and then the everyone/Occtis fic, with a Kattigan/Murray fic hidden behind it (still just the one).
Anyways I have enjoyed many of these ships. I am excited to see more...write more ships, give me more data....i hunger....
If you have any more specific questions or analyses you're interested in, lmk! I will be continuing to update the data weekly, and will probably share again as we hit the end of the year.
I thought it might be fun to compile ship stats for The Doctor. Because of the uniqueness of The Doctor I have split them up by incarnation. Let me preface this by saying I'm taking my numbers from AO3, so this will only show those ships being the focus of fanworks in the past 20 years approximately, so it will not most likely be an actuate representation for Classic Who.
For characters like The Master there may be a few different incarnations shipped with one version of The Doctor in most cases I took the overall number unless there was one version of the Master that was the clear favourite. I excluded all reader and original characters.
This was for romantic ships only, there is lots of fanworks focused on the Doctor's friendships, but that wasn't what I was currently interested in. I picked the top five ships for Doctors 1-15, unless I could not find five significant ships to include. Survey was completed on July 31, 2025.
The First Doctor does not feature in a lot of romantic ships, but we do see our first appearances of Rose Tyler and The Master, they will become a recurring theme.
Second Doctor/Jamie is the overwhelming favourite for this version of The Doctor. Plus our first polyam ship.
Third Doctor
-Third Doctor/The Master (Delgado) (279 fanworks)
-Third Doctor/Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart (117 fanworks)
-Third Doctor/Jo Grant (52 fanworks)
-Third Doctor/Rose Tyler (35 fanworks)
-Third Doctor/Sarah Jane Smith (33 fanworks)
Third Doctor/The Master is the most popular, but this is not surprising considering this is the era in which The Master was introduced.
Fourth Doctor
-Fourth Doctor/Sarah Jane Smith (226 fanworks)
-Fourth Doctor/Romana II (77 fanworks)
-Four Doctor/Sarah Jane Smith/Harry Sullivan (66 fanworks)
-Fourth Doctor/The Master (36 fanworks)
-Fourth Doctor/Rose Tyler (29 fanworks)
Fourth Doctor/Sarah Jane Smith is the most popular with half of all Fourth Doctor romantic fanworks being about this pairing.
Fifth Doctor/The Master is popular for the Fifth Doctor, but it seems they are shipped with a wide variety of characters
Sixth Doctor
-Sixth Doctor/Peri Brown (243 fanworks)
-Sixth Doctor/The Master (Ainley) (38 fanworks)
-Sixth Doctor/Rose Tyler (29 fanworks)
-Sixth Doctor/Charley Pollard (18 fanworks)
-Sixth Doctor/River Song (12 fanworks)
The Sixth Doctor is overwhelmingly shipped with their companion Peri. Plus, this is the first time an audio only companion makes the list, and the first appearance of River Song.
Seventh Doctor
-Seventh Doctor/Ace McShane (83 fanworks)
-Seventh Doctor/The Master (31 fanworks)
-Seventh Doctor/Rose Tyler (17 fanworks)
-Seventh Doctor/Romana II (11 fanworks)
-Seventh Doctor/River Song (6 fanworks)
The Seventh Doctor does not feature in a lot of romantic ships, but his most popular one is with his companion Ace.
The Eighth Doctor is unique. Here we also have our first tie-in book character.
Ninth Doctor
-Ninth Doctor/Rose Tyler (3285 fanworks)
-Ninth Doctor/Jack Harkness/Rose Tyler (460 fanworks)
-Ninth Doctor/Jack Harkness (325 fanworks)
-Ninth Doctor? The Master (Scream of the Shalka) (94 fanworks)
-Ninth Doctor/River Song (32 Fanworks)
The Ninth Doctor's most popular romantic ship is with canonical love interest Rose Tyler. This also sees the introduction of Captain Jack Harkness, who is also a popular option for the Ninth Doctor. One note, Ninth Doctor/Donna Noble was tied with Ninth Doctor/River Song with 32 fanworks, but I could only pick one for the chart.
The Fifteenth Doctor will probably see more fanworks over time, but currently his ship with Rogue dwarfs all others.
Certain trends seem to occur with most versions of the Doctor, he is usually shipped with his current companion. Also, Rose, The Master, and River Song seem to reoccur over and over again for the majority of the Doctors.
I hope this was fun and informative! I'm sure I made some mistakes along the way so take it with a grain of salt.
not me finally looking up what pairings are/are not canon and/or related in my ship stats, and losing my mind reading through the riverdale wiki like wtf is this show omg I had heard it got batshit crazy but wtf happened
congrats desert duo on making 66 on the most popular dynamics of the year on A03. Rise of 26 spots is really good!
Also all dsmp was completely gone from the list, with only one other mcyt ship (CellbitxRoier from QSMP) appearing. Haven't checked the femslash list yet but praying for some mcyt Yuri on there.
This is a chart of all the ships with >500 fics, with the number of fics/month since the game launched in August '23 to present. Because it is so dominant, Tavstarion uses the right axis and is the thickest line; ships with >1000 are in the middle length, while <1000 are the lightest for legibility.
Of note is the fact that, most prominently seen in Tavstarion but also seen in other ships is a drop, with most peaking in October '23 and for Tavstarion and Tav/Gale falling fairly dramatically through '23 and gradually decreasing through '24.
Of these top ships, only Bloodweave and Wyllstarion don't show a decreasing trend, both overall staying consistent around their respective levels after an initial rise, although with notable individual peaks.
Ships separated for each companion, and by % ships instead of total counts, can all be found below the cut.
By Character
Tav is, unsurprisingly, the closest to the overall top ships due to the dominance of Tavships in the fandom. Again, Tavstarion is on a separate axis.
We can see that Gale is the other dominant, but while its peak is higher than the current Tavstarion values, it still is ~100 fics lower. Everything else is similarly lower than TavGale, with Halsin coming in at the third highest, then Shadowheart and Karlach staying fairly strongly above 100/month until just recently, and Wyll and Lae'zel rounding out the origins with lower values. Minthara is pretty even with Tav/Durge ships, and the others are very low and intermittent.
Durge ships are overall much lower values than Tav ships, but joining Astarion over on the right axis is Durgetash, which gets to be the top ship for a bit this July.
Of the secondary ships, Gale is unsurprisingly still the top, the other values are not nearly so clear - while Lae'zel is consistently the lowest of the Origins, everyone else has a moment at the top, including Wyll who was one of the lowest for Tav ships. Minthara also gets to make a stronger presence here, although Jaheira remains very low.
Lae'zel is dominated by Shadow'zel, which beats out Tav/Lae'zel consistently. Of the minor ships, Karlach/Lae'zel is the most prominent, followed by Durge/Lae'zel. Everything else is fairly inconsistent, but there's a notable spike of Wyll ships this past August.
Shadowheart is dominated by Tav and Lae'zel, with Shadow'zel becoming strongest early on and more recently as Tavheart falls. By far the strongest of the secondary ships is Karlach, although Durge and Gale both make a strong showing in early ''24.
Notable as a prominent NPC ship is Nocturne, who's placed similarly to Astarion and Halsin, but had a slower start, not getting much until a few months into the game (as more people found and got to know her, presumably).
Astarion, I've already talked about Tavstarion, and it and Durgestarion's fairly comparble decline. Bloodweave is notable for being fairly consistent (with large fandom event peaks keeping it from having as much of a drop), and is the highest of the companion ships, with Halstarion also high but strongest in '23, with Wyllstarion beating it out in May (for yet another fandom event peak)
Cazador is notable for beating out all of the girls, of which Karlach is the highest, with selfship fic on occasion beating out Shadowheart and Lae'zel.
Gale is a fight between Tav/Gale and Bloodweave, that Bloodweave has been gradually winning these past few months. Beyond that, Durge/Gale is the highest, although it has been decreasing. Galeheart and Galesin have a decent presence, both strongest spring of this year, with Bladeweave the other notable ship, highest more recently.
For NPC ships, we see Gale with Mystra, which is regularly higher than Bladeweave butgenerally staying underneath Shadowheart and halsin, although it has some notable presence in July.
Wyll had Tav as the highest ship early on close to launch, but has since become dominated by Wyllstarion, highest at the beginning of '24 but remaining the top ship save for August, where Wyllach beat it out. Wyllach is the only other shp of note, regularly higher than the others, including Durge.
Karlach has overall lower values and is fairly chaotic, but Tav is her main ship, like most highest closer to launch and falling to the wayside - in the past few months, it's reached the values of Wyllach, her other main ship, which has been fairly consistent. Of the secondary ships, Shadowheart is fairly high, then Astarion and Durge, with the occasional peak of Lae'zel.
Dammon is notable as an NPC ship, that is fairly strong in '23, rivaling Astarion and Durge, but has dropped off strongly through this year to be more at the level of Minthara and Gale.
Karlach is notable for having some of the highest amounts of Minthara, which comes close but doesn't actually beat out Durgelach this past month.
Halsin is dominated by Tav and Astarion, with Tav staying the highest ship and both falling lower after initial peaks following game launch last year. Everything else has much lower values, but notably Durgesin and Galesin have increased, finding their peaks early summer '24.
Other ships of note is mainly limited to Shadowheart in '24, although Wyll has a fairly consistent showing. Zevlor makes his mark as an NPC ship, mostly throug strong bursts in October '23 and early '24, although is still about the level of Wyllsin.
Minthara is the lowest of the main companions, but is interesting in having the smallest gap between Tav and Durge shipping, even if Durge never fully exceeds. Beyond that, Orin has a strong presence early on, falling away through '24 but staying one of Minthara's main ships, similar in values to Karlach, Shadowheart, and Gale.
Not included are Jaheira and Minsc due to the image limit + overall low values - Minsc getting his highest peak at 3 Tav/Minsc fics ina single month, Jaheira only slightly higher wit her Tav peak of 8.
% Charts
These are in %fics for month out of the sum of all the tagged ships for that month - so not taking into account
On the left is the %for the character in question (ie, of all Tav ships, how many are Tavstarion, GaleTav, etc) while on the right is for the opposite (ie, how common is Tavstarion of Astarion ships, and GaleTav of Gale ships)
Tav is mainly Tavstarion, although we see that it has been slowly dropping from the majority, crossing to <50% at the start of 2024; GaleTav has been the main ship rising to replace it, with everything else more consistent, hovering <10%
Aside from Tav/Tav and Tav/Durge, all the Tav ships are fairly high, staying mainly above 25%. Highest is Astarion, which started at a whopping 75% but has dropped to only 50%; GaleTav and Tavsin are more consistent around 50%. Karlach, Shadowheart, and Mintahra hover in the 25-50% range, with their highest points also being at game release in August, while Wyll and Lae'zel are overall lower - although Lae'zel reaches a high here in September.
Durge is mainly Durgestarion and Durgetash, with Durgetash rapidly rising through the end of 2023 for them to battle out. Other ships are <10%, although Durge Gale has risen to a peak of 14% this latest month.
Aside from a brief outlier in Minsc (due to single fics), Durgeships are overall much lower than Tavships, with only Jaheira and Minthara beating out 25%. The others are generally fairly consistent.
Lae'zel is majority shipped with Shadowheart, after the first month of launch staying fairly consistently >50%. Tav hovers around 25%, with other ships <10%, with notable Lae'zel/Astarion at a peak in August and Lae'zel/Karlach peaking both early and in March.
As expected, Shadow'zel is again the only Lae'zel ship of note, but it is not the majority ship for Shadowheart the way it is for Lae'zel. All other ships are <10%, although due to low counts Jaheira dips above. Minthara and Karlach are the other more consistent, although Wyll also got >5% last month in August.
Shadowheart is a battle between Tav and Lae'zel, both dancing around the 30% mark, with Tav strongest right after launch, and Shadow'zel coming in strong after.
Other ships are all <10%, save a momentary blip of Durgeheart in May - Gale has a strong showing early in the year, but otherwise they're all fairly even and low.
In terms of other ships, Shadowheart is the majority pairing for Lae'zel, and the others are all much lower - Karlach is the highest, and Minthara also peaks up as >10%.
Astarion is represented by an overall drop from Tavstarion and a gradual rise in Bloodweave - with early in this year Tavstarion falling <50%, and Bloodweave slowly rising to meet it, surpassing Durgestarion but not yet beating out the Tav ships.
Every other ship is fairly even and <10%, although there's a small blip for Wyllstarion in May.
Astarion is hotly shipped, wit several ships bouncing in the 1/3 range - Tav and Durge are teh highest, but were strongest close to game release, with Halsin, Wyll, and Gale fairly even. Astarion with the girls is far lower, although is most notable for Karlach.
Gale is a battle between Tav and Astarion, dancing around the 50% mark, with Bloodweave finally getting majority in these past few months. Everything else is much lower but more consistent, wit DurgeGale around 10% and everything else <5%
For other ships, Gale isn't in the majority save for a few individual Minsc fics, but is strong and rising presence for both Tav and Gale, getting >25% in the past few months. DurgeGale has also been gradually rising, the only one to cross over 10% save a brief peak for Galethara and Galesin. Other ships are mainly sticking <5%
Wyll has no true majority ship, although Wyllstarion was able to cross over briefly in May of this year. Like many Tav ships, WyllTav was strongest just after game release, but has been overtaken by Wyllstarion, with Wyllach a fairly constant other ship. Other ships stay <10%, with a notable peak for DurgeWyll in March, Bladeweave in April and July, and Lae'zel in August.
Wyll doesn't make much of an impact on other's ship charts either, with only Karlach >10% dancing around the 25% mark. Astarion has been solidly at the 5% mark through this summer, but otherwise only a few peaks of Jaheira, Minthara, and Lae'zel make much of a showing.
Karlach is another with no real dominant ship, the strongest presence Tav, which has steadily dropped moving away from game release. Wyllach has slightly risen, but stays <30%, with the others fairly even and mainly <10%, although Shadowlach is consistently higher and Starlach reliably crosses over. Karlach/Dammon comes closest, but is strongest early on, falling off through 2024.
Karlach isn't anyone's majority ship (although she comes close in November for Jaheira), but is the strongest for Wyll, with their pairing dancing around 25%. Shadowheart and Minthara are both regularly at and above 10%, and Lae'zel has a few peaks, but any other ship is solidly <5%.
Halsin is mainly a battle between Tav and Astarion, with Tavships dancing around the 50% mark. They came the closest together in November '23, but Halstarion has never crossed over into being the majority.
Durge/Halsin has had a general rise, getting >10% throug the late spring and early summer, but seems to be falling back again. Galesin is the only other ship to get >5%, with a notable peak in April.
While Halsin has a large number of tags, he's well overshadowed by Tavstarion such that both Tavsin and Halstarion are <10%, and not reliably >5% Jaheira gets some prominence due to her low values, but otherwise Durge is the only one to get >5%.
Minthara, with overall lower counts, is fairly chaotic. While not the majority, she is predominantly shipped with Tav, but notably has one of the closest gaps between Tav and Durge ships. Orin is the other main ship, highest early in September '23, dropping down to the level of other Minthara ships.
For pairings with companions, Karlach regularly crosses over 10%, with Shadowhert getting a recent high >15% in July, and Gale crossing over briefly in February. Halsin, Lae'zel, and Wyll have crossed the 5% mark as well, leaving Astarion for once the least shipped companion.
I have now hit the image limit, so will not be showing the % for other companions, but Minthara/Jaheira is the only one to break 5%, with Karlach the only ship that gets even close. Minthara ships are all fairly low.
If anyone is super interested in the Jaheira or Minsc graphs, they can be added, but these are all very low values, with moth ships being rare to get 1/month.
As a general rule, the fandom is dominated by OTPs, mainly Tavships and Astarion ships, with Shadow'zel and Wyllach the only real exceptions, and things getting weirder with the low counts for Mintahra, Jaheira, and Minsc.
