Shrimp and Eggs Benedict Burger Recipe
A mouthwatering shrimp burger with a spicy chipotle cream and a refreshing coconut peach salsa that combines sweet and spicy flavors in every bite.
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion. 1 egg. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tsp chipotle pepper in adobo sauce. 1 cup diced peaches. 1/2 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper. 1/4 cup chopped red onion. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1 lime, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Pulse the shrimp in a food processor until they are very small pieces. Chop the shrimp and put it in a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, cilantro, red onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Combine well. Four burger patties should be made from the shrimp mixture. Set a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat to get it hot. They should be cooked all the way through after 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Put mayonnaise and chipotle pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. Put away. Put diced peaches, shredded coconut, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a different bowl. This is how you make the coconut peach salsa. For a minute or two, toast the burger buns on the grill until they are just barely golden. Spread chipotle cream on the bottom half of each bun. Then, put a shrimp patty on top of each one, add a spoonful of coconut peach salsa, and finish with lettuce leaves. Add the top half of the bun to finish, and serve right away. Put a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun and then the shrimp patty to make the burgers. Put pickles and tomato slices on top. Add the top bun last. Warm up the shrimp burgers and serve them with your favorite sides.
