I don't really like the canonical depiction of Asgardians. For the so-called alien race of gods, they look short and slender. In my opinion, Asgardians, as godlike creatures, are tall by an average of 200-220 centimeters (while the average height of (real) humans is 160-170 cm). And as a warrior race, they are muscular, and yes, women too. in this regard, you can see a couple of my redesigns for canonical characters.

Rick Riordan makes Sif super unlikeable. Honestly, I think I prefer her Marvel Comics version. In Marvel Comics, at least Sif is a warrior on equal with her husband. In the Magnus Chase books, she's literally referred to as a "Trophy Wife." She seems to claim Thor created the word specifically for her. And i'm not sure how to feel about all of this.

On the othe hand, though, i haven't read very much of her segment yet. So maybe things get better. I don't really know. But I wrote all of this already, and now I sort of feel like i might as well share it. Because when you go to all this work making a post, you may as well share it. I guess.

Ok one complaint I see but never saw is that Zeus stripped Thor so down that Jane and Co. can see Thor's asscheeks and Zeus can see his bails
