Estelle: You’re home late today. Is everything okay?

Carlisle: Yeah, everything’s fine. Is Tommy asleep?

Estelle: Not yet. He’s been in the nursery since this evening.

Carlisle: Did he eat anything?

Estelle: He only ate a few bites and then he told me he’s full. He won’t even play with Elisha today.

Carlisle:...okay. I’ll go check on him. Thank you for taking care of Tommy today, Essie. Drive home safe.

Estelle: I will. Get some rest, Carlisle.

Carlisle:…hm.

*door knocked*

Carlisle (from outside): Tommy? Are you in there?

Thomas:...

*door opens and closes*

Carlisle: Hey buddy, why aren’t you in bed yet? It’s past your bedtime.

Thomas: I miss mama...

Carlisle: But I just brought you to visit her yesterday.

Thomas: I know...but I miss her being home.

Carlisle: *sighs* I miss her too, buddy. But she’ll come home when she feels better.

Thomas:...

Carlisle: Your Auntie Essie told me you’ve been here since the evening. Is everything okay?

Thomas:...papa? Can I ask you something?

Carlisle: What is it?

Thomas: Is mama going to die?

Carlisle: W-what?

Thomas: Is mama dying?

Carlisle: Of course not.

Thomas: Then why is she in the hospital for so long? Elisha told me that if you stay in the hospital for so long, you’re going to die.

Carlisle: She’s just joking, Tommy.

Thomas:...

Carlisle: Mama’s going to be fine. I promise. She’ll come home soon.

Thomas: Okay...I believe you.

The Viscount and Viscountess of Binoir are Expecting!

Earlier today, Stowe House shared an exciting update for the Viscount and Viscountess of Binoir: their family is growing to become a family of four! 

The statement that the couple put out reads as follows: 

We are delighted to announce that Marie is going to be a big sister in February. 

While at this time we don’t know if Marie will have a baby sister or a baby brother, we are beyond excited to welcome them into our family and into our lives. 

The couple, who have been married for 4 years, also shared an adorable family photo, taken at their new home at Chedigny Park, where the couple seemingly plans to raise their growing family. 

Of course, with the most recent news of pregnancy in the royal family, eyes are turning Weckheim Palace with hopes that the Crown Princess and the Duke of Clois will soon be sharing news of their own bundle of joy on the way.

SimDonian Parliament Members Arrive to the Reception of Crown Princess Diana and Gerhard

We’re excited to see the Lords and Ladies of Parliaments with their families and all dressed up! It’s not a common sighting, so let’s cherish it while we can!

The Prime Minister and her son are looking stunning and excited to be here. PM Parnell is wearing a long sleeved dark blue gown while Anthony Parnell wears a black tuxedo.

Lady Khadijah Banks went all out in blue, as well! She is glowing in a dark blue sleeveless gown while on the arm of her husband, Grand Count Thomas. Behing them is their beautiful daughter, Chantell Banks in a green halter gown.

Following the blue theme is Lady Lauren in a blue gown with sheer sleeves while Lord Richard wears a black tuxedo, but stands out with bright white shoes! Unfortunately neither came with their suspected significant others.

Lord Donovan arrives with his wife Grand Countess Esther. He wears a military uniform while his wife wears a yellow gown with embellishments. Their daughter, Countess Olivia is wearing a red lace gown and she looks great!

Lady Tara does it again a brown fitted off shoulder gown. Her husband Grand Count Carter wear a blue tuxedo while their adorable twins formalwear, as well. This family couldn’t get more lovely!

Sofia: Congratulations on the wedding, Carlisle. And...for the baby too.

Carlisle: *chuckles* Thank you, Soph. And thank you for coming too. I wasn’t expecting both of you accepting our invite.

Darien: You’re our friend, of course we’d attend your wedding.

Carlisle: *smiles* I appreciate it. Thank you.

Sofia: If you don’t mind me asking, how long have you been together with Isabella? Honestly, we were quite surprised when Essie gave us the invitation.

Carlisle: We got closer after the paternity test incident happened and officially got together two years ago when Tommy turned Ten.

Darien: I’m guessing that you’re Thomas’ biological father. Am I right?

Carlisle: Yes. I knew even before the test confirmed it. I had my suspicions but I wasn’t sure until the results were out.

Sofia: Why didn’t you tell us? You know what this means for all of us, right?

Carlisle: I know. I just...I didn't want to cause more trouble for both of you. The paternity test itself could’ve become a scandal if people knew it even happened.

Darien: But aren’t you curious about how are we related? Don’t you want to know our family’s history?

Carlisle: I want to, but I’m not sure if we should look deeper into it. I’m happy with the family I have now. Bella and I are going to have the baby soon and I want to focus more on taking care of her and Tommy.

Darien: I understand. But if you ever want to start looking into our family, let me know so we can do it together.

Carlisle: I will. Thank you for considering me.

Carlisle *thinking*: Should I start looking into it?

Carlisle: What is it, Tommy?

Thomas: Something’s wrong with mama!

Carlisle: Honey?

Isabella: *groans*

Carlisle: What happened?

Isabella: I-I don’t know. I was about to take a bath but I suddenly felt pain in my belly. I’m scared...

Carlisle: Hey, you’ll be okay. Don’t be scared, I’m here for you.

Thomas: Mama...

Isabella: The baby...Carlisle...

Carlisle: I know, I know. We’ll get you to the hospital now. Tommy, stay at home with the nanny, okay?

Thomas: O-okay!

Carlisle: You’ll be okay. I promise.

St. Angel’s Hospital, Ahtolia

Dr. Samitra: We’ll be running more tests on you to figure out why this is happening but for now, I want you to get some rest.

Isabella: Will the baby be okay?

Dr. Samitra: Yes. We’ve checked all of her vitals and she’s doing just fine. So don’t worry.

Isabella: I’m glad. I was so worried.

Dr. Samitra: Mrs. Patrickson, did you go through this with your first pregnancy?

Isabella: No. I was doing just fine when I was pregnant with my son.

Dr. Samitra: What about your family, Mr. Patrickson? Does your family have any history of rough pregnancies?

Carlisle:...I’m not sure.

Dr. Samitra: I see...Well, for now, I’d advice Mrs. Patrickson to be on bed rest temporarily.

Isabella: I will.

Dr. Samitra: I’ll take my leave, rest well.

Carlisle: Thank you, doctor. I’ll see you out.

Carlisle: Honey?

Isabella: Huh?

Carlisle: How are you feeling? Is the pain still there?

Isabella: It’s there, but it’s not as painful.

Carlisle: Really? Should I call the doctor again?

Isabella: No no, I can handle it.

Isabella: I’m sure. I’ll let you know if it’s too much.

Isabella: Carlisle? Are you okay?

Carlisle: I’m worried.

Darien: I already told Sofia about Uncle. She understands. She wanted to come along but she’s busy.

Carlisle: Well done! You’re a quick learner, Tommy.

Thomas: I am?

Carlisle: Mhm. I just taught you once and you could answer this equation easily now. Good job, buddy.

Thomas: Thank you, uncle.

Carlisle: *smiles* Is there anything you want to do after this? Just tell me and we’ll do it.

Thomas: I don’t know. Me and mama usually just watch movies or play games on the weekends.

Carlisle: Well, I have a GS4. Do you want to play it with me? Maybe we can go skating too in the evening?

Thomas: But I don’t know how to skate. What if I fall?

Carlisle: I’ll be there to catch you. Don’t worry okay? You’re done with your homework right? Do you want to help me make lunch?

Thomas: Sure!

Carlisle: Do you help your mama when she cooks at home?

Thomas: I do!

Carlisle: Really? What is she good at making?

Thomas: Mama is good at making the white cream pasta thingy. I can’t remember the name but it’s very good!

Carlisle: You mean carbonara?

Thomas: I think that’s the one.

Carlisle: Well, I’m going to make Bolognese, is that okay with you?

Thomas: I don’t mind. I’m sure it’s going to taste good!

Carlisle: *laughs* You’re flattering me, kid.

Thomas: *giggles*

Carlisle: Let’s play a game after lunch okay? And then I’ll teach you skating in the evening.

Thomas: Alright!

Carlisle: You’ve played this game before?

Thomas: No. This is my first time.

Carlisle: First time, huh? You look like a pro already. Oh no!

Thomas: Yes! I won!

Carlisle: I was going easy on you, kiddo.

Thomas: Tch, yeah, sure.

Carlisle: Okay, slowly— Woops! I got you, buddy.

Thomas: I did! Thank you, uncle!

Carlisle: Don’t mention it. Do you want to do it again tomorrow?

Carlisle: Of course. I don’t have work tomorrow so we can play all day if you want.

Isabella: Tommy?

Thomas: Mama!

Isabella: *tears up* Oh, Tommy…I missed you so much.

Thomas: I missed you too, mama. Are you okay now?

Isabella: I feel better now I got to see you again.

Thomas: Are you sick? Have you eaten? Mama, why do you look thin?

Isabella: *chuckles* I’m fine, baby. I’ve eaten already. Don’t worry okay?

Thomas: Mama, I had a great time with Uncle Carlisle today.

Isabella: Really? What did you do?

Thomas: Uncle Carlisle taught me how to skate and we played games. I helped him make lunch too!

Isabella: Aww, that’s nice.

Carlisle: Hey, Bella. Do you feel better now?

Isabella: I do. Thank you for taking care of Tommy while I was...

Carlisle: It’s fine. I really enjoyed hanging out with Tommy. We had fun right, buddy?
