my spell for when I'm burnt out after doing, like, nothing, and I feel like shit for not doing anything but somehow still feeling like I’m burnt out
You will need: some water, a funny YouTube video, and a nice blanket
Timing: evening
1. Think of yourself as a sim. Check your needs: Bladder, Hunger, Sleep, Social, Fun, and Hygiene. Fill them up, and put intention behind it. I am full, I am well-rested, I am clean. Once the basics have been filled up...
2. Do something small you’ve been meaning to get done. It can be one little thing, or five little things. Just put in as much effort as you can, and put intention behind it. I recite something like: I tried my best, all day long, and now the day is done. I’m tired, my willpower’s fried. I will do this when my strength has reborn. There is no shame in taking my time.
3. Create a comforting atmosphere and wrap yourself in a blanket. Make some tea (with moonwater, if you’d like), and add your favorite mix-in herbs, putting intention behind each one. Curl up with a funny video and some good food, and some fresh water. Stir your tea and tell yourself: I am not lazy. I am not stupid. I must enjoy the little things in my life. Life is too short to rush through. I am going to take my time. I will rise tomorrow rejuvenated and ready.
4. Drink your tea, laugh with your video, and go to sleep.
