This Cinnamon Streusel Cake in the Crock Pot is an easy and delicious dessert that's great for any event. The slow cooker makes sure the cake stays moist and tastes great, and the cinnamon streusel topping gives it a great crunch.
Ingredients: 1 box yellow cake mix. 1 cup sour cream. 4 eggs. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 cup water. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon cinnamon. 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional. 1/4 cup melted butter.
Instructions: Mix the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, vegetable oil, and water together in a bowl until everything is well mixed. Cut up the pecans and put them in a different bowl. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Clean and grease the slow cooker insert. Put in half of the cake batter into the insert for the slow cooker. Put half of the brown sugar mix on top of the batter. Add more layers with the rest of the batter and brown sugar mixture. Put melted butter on top of it. Cover and cook on low for four to five hours, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Warm up and serve. Have fun!
