These Praline Cookie Bars are a delightful combination of sweet flavors and crunchy textures. Layers of graham cracker crust, chopped pecans, chocolate and butterscotch chips, and shredded coconut are baked with sweetened condensed milk to make a decadent treat fit for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, melted. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup butterscotch chips. 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. A 9x13-inch baking pan should be greased. Melt the butter and mix the graham cracker crumbs together in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan in a round shape. Put the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut on top of the crust. Spread the sweetened condensed milk out evenly on top of the layers. Heat the oven to 350F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. After taking the cookie bars out of the oven, let them cool all the way down on a wire rack in the pan. Cut it into bars or squares after it has cooled. Put in a container that won't let air in.
