My plants need a little extra sunlight, so I moved them to this window. But I need a little extra care today too, so I’m giving myself the entire day to read and not think about school at all!

March 5

It was a pretty nice day today! Lots of sun and almost no wind, which is rare here. I worked all morning, and then went on a picnic date in the afternoon to take advantage of the weather. :)

Finals are over, I painted my nails, I have to stay in my uni town until Christmas morning because of my work schedule, & I'm reading about dinosaurs.

6th December - Do you get a break from school/uni/work during winter?

University mainly runs on a fall and spring semester system here, so we get a semester break that's about 3 weeks long inbetween finals in December and classes starting again in January!

Watching geography lectures for the last quiz and then writing a paper due tonight :')

4th December - What is an unpopular opinion you have about winter?

I love Chinooks. I live in Southern Alberta where the chinook will melt all the snow, a lot of people my age miss the snow when it goes, but I love little warm pockets in the year! It makes it easier to get through the winter when there's a week or two of 10C weather.
