so i wasn't able to post this because i had this thought at 3 am

i just realized how much i actually value being alone

not that i don't appreciate the time i spend with others. the fact that i have to be with others makes me appreciate the times of solitude more. but damn it feels so nice tho

dont get me wrong i still panic and get anxious when i am alone esp in a public setting. i still ramble in our group chat about the randomest shit at like 2 am. i still am very talkative when i want to be.

but the fact that i dont have to do anything for anyone is very appealing to me. i dont have to speak. i dont have to stay on one topic. i can think all i want. i can walk around without having to catch up to somebody else or keep the same pace as somebody else. i can waste time doing things without worrying about anyone else.

people are very complicated. i'm already very complicated by myself and id much rather just deal with that and nothing else sometimes
