MirrorClan: microfic
A young cat falls into a mirror... and finds themself in a new world.

Inspired by the Clangen Soullocke challenge, MirrorClan exists in a split world where instead of ground, a translucent mirror reveals a reflected world underneath. The Pale and the Sepia, two interlinked planes, identical yet opposite. In order to protect themselves from refraction sickness, cats must Link their souls in pairs, becoming soulmates, reflections, echoes.
How would an outsider describe this world? How would they learn to cope with its unique dangers... and joys?
Anyways, I wrote this very late last night when I couldn't sleep because I love Clangen and isekai and it's so fun to explore fantasy worlds from an outsider's POV.
