Pon Haus is a delicious and hearty breakfast dish made with eggs, cornmeal, and savory ingredients. It's a traditional Southern comfort food that's perfect for starting your day with a satisfying meal.

Ingredients: 4 large eggs. 1 cup cornmeal. 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 cup water. 1/2 cup diced ham. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced bell pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Instructions: Add the eggs, milk, water, and a little salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk them together. Add the cornmeal and mix it in well. Then add the diced ham, onion, and bell pepper and fold them in. Set the pan over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil. Spread out the Pon Haus mixture in the pan after you pour it in. It should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until it turns golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the pan and cut it into squares or slices. Put it on hot plates and top with your favorite breakfast foods.
