Combine spices together into a mixture, then add to onion and garlic. Add rice vinegar and tomatoes, and let simmer, until tomatoes cook down. Add black beans and soya mince, then cook for a few more minutes. At the end add the chocolate and stir until melted. Serve over rice or with cornbread.
