Vergil and dante time traveled back and managed to save their mother possibly

If Eva is alive, she is a bit confused by their maturity and unsettling adultness, but chalks it down to trauma and demon instincts. She's largely correct. She helps the twins cope with their mommy issues simply through her acceptance and still strong demeanor. She is worried about her husband and Mundus' attack and works to reinforce the house.

The twins settle things down at home and then decide to find out what actually had happened to Sparda. He had only recently disappeared.

Bullet thoughts:

What happened to Sparda?

Does their mother catch up on and scold them for leaving?

What if they meet child!Lady while searching?

The twins are not above petty crime, but likely would focus on making demons' lives hell, not humans. There has to be some old rich demons with gold, right.

Sometimes I feel like the only one in the DMC fandom who isn’t attracted to any of the Sparda guys. Like Dante is good looking and fun so if I had to pick one I’d say him. But I wouldn’t say I’m into him or anything. Is this unusual?

Oh shit, we’re in the same boat! Like. The exact same.

We’re probably the anomaly, but yeah. I feel the same way. Dante would be my pick too, and I’d buy the dude dinner in a heartbeat — he seems like he’d be really fun to be around once you got to know him — but yeah. Same same same.

I enjoy the dynamic the Spardas have and exploring the found family trope with them. And they’re all attractive, sure — I do have eyes — but I am not personally really attracted to any of them.

I’m also really averse to like... increasingly lewd stuff in general, so that probably doesn’t help. Like... I see abs almost all the time. Even my best friend is a crop top away from being a fucking JoJo character. So instead of the whole fangirling thing, my responses are either: “yeah, that’s nice, I’m sure your mom is proud, put a shirt on,” or “but what’s the content of ur character like tho?” Idk. I got numb to it, after a while.

But yeah. Anyway. I totally feel u lol. It’s not weird at all, imo.
