Off Week? What?

WorkoutLA takes an official week off in between each 4 week camp. Psh. There’s no such thing.

We decided to all tackle Day One of the July #Spartan30 together. The goal is to make it more interesting as the weeks go on. Anyone else taking the challenge?

Spartan30 Challenge.

So I am absolutely addicted to starting fitness challenges ( Completing them is a whole different story. ) I so happened to be browsing through Facebook and I seen SpartanRace is having a mountain climbers challenge. Where you do 30 mountain climbers everyday for 30 days. They are also encouraging people to bring in their friends in this challenge. Now, I don’t have many friends that are into fitness and the few selective is already on a program. 

So..... That means I am challenging you guys to join me. It’s 11pm here and I am about to start this challenge I am already sore from my earlier sweat-fest but I can’t turn down a challenge.

The sign up part didn’t work for me, anyways, but it tells you about the challenge and has a link to the Facebook event page, where you can connect to other who are doing this challenge. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO IT, LET ME KNOW. we can encourage one another and all that sweet shit. <3

Alright now that a shared this new challenge I am off to do 30 Mountain climbers.

20 Girlie PushUps and 10 Regular ones followed by a 1 minute plank on forearms and 2 -1 minute Side Planks (each side)
