5x16 ash says he's grabbed Sam and Dean in heaven multiple times before. I guess dying any more than once does put you in the running for 'most deaths ever', but at least for Dean, all of his prior deaths he's been earmarked for hell. The one time he wasn't he didn't make it past the veil. Sam at least I get

I'm just saying if there was a Lego Supernatural game in the style of the Marvel, Harry Potter, Star Wars etc ones, I'd so play it It'd be like the HP ones in terms of being split (e.g Years 1-4/5-7) so there'd be Series 1-5 6-10 11-15 EP 1 wise, I think you'd start off as John and Mary and then it leads to Mary's death as a cutscene before being allowed to play as Sam and Dean

Character token wise, Bobby's would be in his house along with his dog, Ellen, Jo and Ash would be scattered in the Roadhouse, Cas locked away somewhere in the barn which can only be accessed by a certain type of character, The 4 Horsemen being in s5 levels and so on like Crowley and Lucifer's being in Hell
