What I absolutely love about vegan cooking is that you’re prompted to think outside the box. You learn all the cool functions of plant-based ingredients that can suffice or even exceed the original properties of non-vegan recipes! 🧀🍗🥚👍 One prime example is this plethora of vegan pastas made by the kitchen team of the @cpfoodscienceclub: here we have vegan mac n’ cheese and vegan and gluten free kale pesto pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and olives! Both of these dishes were superb and I can’t really decide which one I liked better! 😋🥗🍅💛❤️💚 Personally, I haven’t been too crazy about pasta, but now I want to explore all kinds of pasta dishes!
