Going WAAAAAAY back this Wednesday with this meal catered by the lovely community of the @realfoodcollab! 💚🥗 For a little snack-post-lunch/pre-dinner before class, I enjoyed a barley salad with kale, sweet potatoes, and black beans alongside two slices of vegan and gluten free banana bread! 🤩🍠🍌🍫🍞 Given that I barely have any produce in my fridge, I’ve been surviving on ginormous bowls of air-popped popcorn (seriously, these bowls are meant to feed a family of six), cauliflower rice, veggie burgers, and chocolate with peanut butter. Definitely not even close to the healthiest I’ve ever eaten, but hey, they do the job 🤪🥜🍫🍚🍿 in short, my diet has been really boring lately. This week’s going to be a plethora of throwback pictures! LOL! 😂😅 I’m seriously so ready to come back home and start cooking again, plus exploring some new and old favorite restaurants!
