“where is that girl! gosh she was supposed to be here 5 minutes ago hmphhh!” mrs choi rushed looking at her watch, getting paper plates from the kitchen and bringing them into the living room.
susanna was now at home after that eventful day, a box of pizza infront of her on the floor, cans of cola and her mothers new phil collins cd playing in the background.
“mom don’t worry, maybe the interviewer wanted her to stay abit longer.” susanna mused slyly picking up a slice of meat pizza from the box.
“ah! ah! not now wait until your sister gets here!” mrs choi exclaimed, catching her youngest daughter in the act.
susanna rolled her eyes, putting the slice back down, she loved her older sister but if she didn’t come home right now, susanna’s hangry ass was gonna break her neck.
just then the keys rattled in the door, making susanna smile like a very hungry cheshire cat.
a women with chocolate brown hair and glasses appeared in the house, dressed smartly in a black trench coat, a white button up shirt and dress pants, wispy cut bangs on her forhead.
“hello hello hello!!” the women chirped, putting her bag down neatly and taking off her black 5 inch high heels.
“and where were you robin!?, i mean i’ve been worried sick, what if you were drugged, kidnapped or i don’t know KILLED!” mrs choi warned, storming up to the women, arms crossed, a angry look on her face.
“sorry sorry, bus was late!” robin answered holding her hands up in defeat.
“hmmm pizzas on the floor, your about 5 minutes late, and i mean look at your poor sister shes practically starving!” mrs choi motioned, pointing to the pizza boxes on the living room floor where susanna was sitting chris crossed apple sauce on, looking at them still with the biggest smile on her face.
their new house that they’ve only spent a day or two in was practically empty.
“hello binbin, how kind of you to join us on this special evening…” susanna mocked, finally taking a bite of pizza she had been longing for since she payed the pizza guy.
robin choi was 4 years older than susanna, she was absolutely stunning, as she took more of their mothers features than susanna did, which was the bane of susanna’s existence.
robin was the sister that all the boys would look at if they were ever at a function together, it was never susanna. by the age robin was susanna’s age she already had 2 relationships compared to susanna’s 0 at the same age.
robin was a complete bombshell, someone that donna would of liked if they were the same age.
“hey don’t call me that” robin warned as she sat down, trench coat now off and hanging on the coat rack.
“you like sausage?” susanna asked, mouth full of pizza, as she offered a new slice to her sister.
robin rolled her eyes, plopping down beside her and taking the slice, taking a bite like she hadn’t eaten that whole day.
the 3 women were finally sat together, eating their pizza
“so susie darling, how was your first day?” mrs choi asked sweetly, “i called the front desk and they said you weren’t there” she added looking a bit confused as she picked up another slice.
“oh uhmmm yeah, i g-guess i just got caught up in something” (that something being smoking outside a 7/11) susanna stuttered, “but i made all my classes and made a friend”
“ahhhhhhh amazing, having friends is always a perk in life!” mrs choi chirped clapping her hands together
“uhmmm also mom?” susanna finally spoke, drinking her can of cola
“yes honey” mrs choi responded cleaning up her grease covered lips with a handkerchief.
“uhmmmm one of my teachers got another student to tutor me before the final exam” susanna stated, wiping her hands with a paper towl.
“ahh! thats great, honey! try to get her mother’s number and i’ll call her and i’m sure two gir-“
“its a boy.”
robin choked on her pizza.
a silence deafened the small living room.
“and he wants it at his house.” susanna broke the silence
“good luck” robin snickered, earning a death glare from susanna
susanna looked at her mother.
“mom?”
“well? is he a druggie?” her mother asked.
“not that i know of…” susanna slowly said.
“is he one of those smokers stoner boys” mrs choi continued
ahh yes mrs choi did not know about her daughters certain habit, and susanna wanted to keep it that way.
“never seen him do that, i’ve only known him a day” susanna shrugged.
“is he good at this certain sub-"
“do you think hes cute?” robin interjected
“yes! wait what?!” susanna exclaimed, stopping as she registered robin’s question and whipping her head to the girl beside her.
robin burst into a loud laughter, clapping her hands together, nearly falling to the floor, earning her a light slap on the shoulder from their mother
“well is good at the subject or is he attractive? pick one” mrs choi questioned, before taking a sip of her own can.
“the teacher says he's the top student mom..” susanna breathed, taking her now empty paper plate, and walking up to put it in the bin.
“well thats good, well i hope that this mystery boy gets you an A+, we need you going to college like your brother and unlike a certain someone sitting here right now” mrs choi chuckled looking at her oldest daughter, whose mouth was agape.
“college just isn’t my thing mom!” robin defended, dropping her slice to clean up her lips.
“so how was the interview for the secretary position big sis?” susanna mocked, now back on the living room floor,
robin answered the question by sticking her tongue out in a mocking expression.
“hey hey! girls not at dinner” mrs choi warned, finishing her cola
“but sweetie” mrs choi softened “how was the interview?”
“i think he was looking at my tits the whole time…” robin frowned looking at her nails
“ughh men these days…”
“totally i might just marry a women when i’ts legal”

susanna finally took off her clothes, after a uncomfortable 12 hours.
her bedroom was near empty just a bed, a desk and a closet.
she was left in her bra and boxer shorts: the ones her mother got her, because in her mother’s words ‘short panties will make you cold!”
she went into her closet, which was already decorated with her the doors and ramones posters from alaska.
“i hope to marry someone like you jim” susanna breathed, looking at her poster, before kissing his cheek.
“or maybe you dee dee” she continued as she moved to her ramones poster, caressing his cheek, she lent in to his lips, puckering her own.
“holy shit you are such a fucking virgin!” robin spoke while wheezing, leaning on the door frame, her pink polka dot pajama set already on.
“OH FUCK!?” susanna exclaimed, whipping around, nearly stumbling into the closet and covering up her bra with her arms, shocked by the sudden interruption.
“chill out, its just me sissy!” robin mused, holding up her arms in a ‘put your hands up’ motion
“what the fuck do you want?” susanna asked in a angry and irritated, putting on one of her old band tees.
“i want you…. to tell me more about this boy” robin smiled moving to sit down on the bed
“i hardly even fucking know him” susanna chortled “and i’m not telling you shit”
“oh come on annie! i need to know that the future father of my nieces and nephews is a good guy” robin mused jokingly, putting her hands up in a pleading motion.
“i can’t believe you just fucking said that.” susanna scoffed, putting up her hair in a messy pony tail, before sitting on her bed along with her sister.
“does he look like jim morrison?” robin asked smiling ear to ear, looking at susanna’s posters
“are you seriously asking that?!” susanna gasped, throwing one of her pillows softly at her still smiling sister.
"well?!?" robin blurted, now holding the pillow in her arms “tell me women! i’m on the edge of my seat!”
susanna rolled her eyes, then glared at her sister
“what does he looks like?” robin grilled, staring daggers at susanna.
susanna took a deep breath, closing her eyes
“kinda like.. i don’t know… björn andrésen.”
robin screamed. like an actual teenage girl scream.
robin choi has had a crush on björn andrésen since she first watched ‘death in venice’ at the ripe age of 13.
though the boys who had a attraction to her never looked like björn, they were the guys like brad
“you fucking bitch!” robin hollered, hands going up to her open mouth “you’re acting all nonchalant and shit about a guy that looks like björn andrésen!?”
“please i’m just not that boy crazy like you” susanna reminded, rolling her eyes
“ahah i’m the boy crazy one?! you nearly made out with dee dee ramone via closet poster, and dreamt about marriage with jim morrison, and you say i’m the fucking boy crazy one!?” robin defended, cracking up by the absurdity of what her sister was saying.
“see i just want you to..” robin sang, getting up from the bed and going to leaving to the room, before stopping near the open door “get a boyfriend by the end of the year, because the shit i just saw you do was so embarrassing” she continued, now speaking sternly.
“ughhh please just go to bed now.” susanna moaned, clearly irritated and tired by her sisters words, before flopping down into her bed and trying to let sleep take her, hearing robin’s loud laughter down the hallway.

“morning sunshine!” robin chirped, as susanna walked into the small kitchen.
a eggo waffle in her hand, her hair curled into a bun, wearing her freshly ironed blouse and dress pants in contrast to susanna’s old band tee and messy hair
“sup.” susanna yawned, pouring black coffee into her mug.
“you know that stunts your growth right..” robin stated, taking a sip of of her glass of milk, making susanna roll her eyes.
“yeah well once you actually have to concentrate in your classes instead of daydreaming, then-“
“girls not now, i haven’t had my coffee yet” mrs choi yawned, waltzing in and stealing susanna’s coffee, before susanna could even have a sip herself, her blue floral nightgown swishing as she walked.
“morning momma” robin mused, watching her mother take a sip of the energising drink, susanna watching as her mother stole her life line.
susanna took a deep breath, before rolling her eyes and going to shower
“if you keep doing that your gonna go cross eyed!” robin yelled as susanna was walking up the stairs.

“dude finn blake really?!” donna gasped clutching her small pearl necklace, resting on top of her lilac cardigan.
the hallway they were in was near empty, most of the students deciding to stay outside in the summer sun, before hell officially starts.
“yes. now can i have his address.” susanna deadpanned, resting her head on the locker beside her.
“ok ok fine but-“ donna decided before stopping “but what?!” susanna argued, scoffing as she did.
“if i give you his address, i need something in return.” donna smiled giddily.
“what i need an a, i’ll do anything.” susanna huffed, leaning into the locker, before blowing a bubble with her pink bubblegum.
donna giggled, before speaking.
“iiiiiii… want to give you a makeover!” she squealed, squeezing susanna’s shoulders like a madwomen.
susanna’s bubble popped so fucking fast.
“oh my fucking god..” susanna cursed, looking up then closing her eyes, while donna kept squealing.
“fine you know what fuck it yes ok!” susanna agreed (though against her will and her ego), making donna jump and scream like a teenage beatles fangirl.
“your gonna look so pwerty” donna mused, playing with susannas hair, already planning on what she was gonna do “not that you aren’t already though!!” donna added quickly.
“address. donna.” susanna demanded, sternly.
“hmmmm your no fun!” donna jokingly pouted.
“donna.”
“okok” donna stated “1178 oakley lane” susanna confirmed “and if you see gwen tell her i said hi”
*riiiiingggg*
“fuck” susanna cursed, looking at her timetable
“what” donna questioned, confused
“math with you know who first thing” susanna stated, looking a her nails.
“well good luck to you and same spot for lunch?” donna asked, picking up her baby blue bag, as the students began to pile in.
“yeah yeah sure” susanna agreed, starting to walk to her class, getting lost in the crowd of students.
“DON’T DO DRUGS” donna screamed, before going to her own class

math class first thing in the morning should be illegal, and yet a fucking gain she was sat next to finney blake again, its like the teachers wanted her to suffer.
the two of them were sat second row from the back, finney dressed in a simple black tee, jeans and the same neckalce he wore the day before and susanna in a thigh length tartan dress, tights, combat boots and a leather jacket: her favourite one, a gift from her father.
“1178 oakley lan-“ susanna repeated quietly as she wrote it down on a postit note to remeber
“psst”
susanna rolled her eyes.
“what?” susanna whispered
“you’re writing down my address” finney whispered back “donna actually gave you it?” he questioned, stunned, eyes widened slightly
“well you told me to get it, so i got it..?” susanna whispered, confused and chewing on the back of her pencil, a habit she has had since she was a child.
they both continued back with their work: algebra. susanna mentally cursed, she was shit at math, like in need of a tutor now bad.
“mr harrington, i need you for a couple of minutes” mavis chirped, papers in hand
“oh o-o-hh uhmm ok, class get into twos and talk i’ll be uhmmm right back” mr harrington stuttered, confused
the once quiet class erupted into chatter and gossip. though both susanna and finny were silent.
“i fucking suck at math. i need a tutor” susanna mumbled, looking at her wrong answers, unaware that someone special was listening to her.
“i’m not tutoring you with math” finney stated plainly, not looking at her and spinning his pen around in his hand.
“i wasn’t asking you, i’m already stuck with you for science” susanna spat, looking a the boy next to her, eyes glaring daggers at him.
“why are we sat together for everything, am i just that unlucky.” susanna added, throwing her head back, her fluffy shoulder length brown hair, flowing down where finney could see, her chest slightly pushed out.
susanna turned her head around to see him staring at her, his tongue poking inside his cheek.
“enjoying the show?” susanna joked smiling mischievously, feining a kiss
“i don’t like the arrangement either.” finney stated, ignoring her immediately and looking back at his work.
“of course you don’t, you don’t like anything” susanna mused, smiling slightly.
“you don’t know what i like” finney spat, still looking at his work.
“yeah thats because you’re not that fun to talk too” susanna defended, looking at her pencil.
“well your not fun to talk to either” finney argued
“whatever you say muffin” susanna giggled
“what the fuck did you just call me?” finney asked, eyes full of confusion.
“muffin! you know your hair, fluffy like a muffin” susanna explained, mockingly fluffing up her hair
“i-“
finney was cut off by the door swinging back open and a very flustered teacher coming into the classroom
“right class we are back, sorry about that, now tell me you lovely people: how do we find what number y is?!” mr harrington mused, getting on with his job.
“muffin” susanna whispered, smiling and going back to her work.

friday 11th june 1982 12:30pm
“i still can’t believe it” donna stated, poking at her broccoli and taking a bite.
“what?” susanna questioned,
“you and finn blake” donna blinked, sipping her dr pepper.
there was a pause on their table.
“you know he has a thing for brunettes” donna broke the silence, pointing her fork at susanna, smiling looking her up and down
“oh and how would you know” susanna asked jokingly, opening her coke can, and taking a swig
donna faltered for a bit.
“we dated for a bit” donna revealed, putting her utensils down.
“what!?” susanna exclaimed, nearly spitting out her coke.
“yeah for a year and a couple months” donna stated “though it was when we were young” she added.
“and how was it, did he annoy you too much” susanna joked, snorting as she did
donna’s blushed, happy and colourful face turned sad and dull after that question was asked. she looked up, her eyes meeting with susanna’s, making susanna stop laughing
“you know things were good for a while, you know, we were so close” she frowned
“he was too scared to kiss me on the lips though” her frown temporarily turning into a smile “so he would give me a light kiss on the cheek, it was so cute.”
her expression changed back into a frown after she reminisced all the good things.
“i really did love him… however everything just caught up to him and then well” she continued now looking down at her plate “he just stopped smiling, and was just so angry. he turned into what he is now, the fights that he would get into were worse then they are now, he was turning into a different person, i had to breakup with him” she concluded, stabbing her fork into her potatoes and leaving it inside.
she stopped eating and pushed her plate infront of her slowly and calmly, sticking with her dr pepper.
she took a deep breath
“though i get it with what happened with him” she stated, dr pepper can in hand “having to keep up with a relationship, while going through that, i would do worse.” she added, taking a swig of the sugary drink.
“what did happen with him” susanna asked, still eating
donna poked her tongue in her cheek.
“thats not for me to tell” donna stated, the most serious susanna has ever heard her.
