I just want you guys to know… we did the fucking thing. I told my friend before I did my PR retest, “it may be a little unrealistic but I want to hit 200.”
Well, turns out it wasn’t that unrealistic. It was a 15lb Increase in my PR and then hit my 200🥰
The only reason your knees hurt when you squat is because you are doing them wrong!
