Shockrods Gets First Content Update Green Man Gaming and Stainless Games have launched the first of many major update for Shockrods, their latest vehicle based, arena shooter.

The Carmageddon world championship does like tying business interests into its races. Of course, that's not to say that Carmageddon is pro-business. It's definitely pro-anarchy, though! Today's races are all about taking down big business and big money while trying to earn a little bit of money for ourselves.

I keep saying that I fully intend to complete a race in each of the three ways available to me. I've raced to the finish. I've wrecked every other racer on the track. This time out, I'm able to complete the trifecta (even if my math is absolutely terrible in doing so).

We've got two indoor themed races in this episode of Carmageddon. First, it's a return to the Devil's Canyon Mining Complex for 600 Ft Under. We had to race to win our last trip to the mines because everyone was scattered across the mines. This time, I intend to finish the job with force.

After that, it's a shopping trip to the Bleak City Commercial District's shopping mall for Mangled at the Mall. This race includes some pretty epic feats achieved with the aid of the Solid Granite Car pickup.

After a little map exploration last time, it's back to the demolition derby this time out. It's all about wasting the other cars en route to another victory. There is a little twist this time out, though. One of the other racers issues a challenge to us. To prove our mettle, we have to trade positions on the starting grid. On second thought, considering no one actually tries to go fast unless it's into another car, it's not that much of a challenge that's been issued.
