Scared

The comforts of a safe and secure home make us feel free from harm and  nothing to fear. A “sound foundation” built at home is where we experience safety first and if that foundation was built on sand, we get scared about the future, not having a solid base. When we get scared, this paralyzes us and we lose curiosity to create what we want for our lives.  

We all have different backgrounds and our foundations were built from an array of materials. When we are scared we can’t think correctly, making choices we might have thought differently about, if we had better understanding ,”how we process fear”. We make up stories when we are scared, and our subconscious doesn't know if they are true or false. This brings anxiety and unrest, being “scared” leaves an indelible mark in our minds, making it harder for us to try new things or new adventures.

Know we are safe,

Wrap love all around us,

Self assured.

We need to take a look into how safe we felt as children, to understand if we operate without a safety net. When we move our lives being scared all the time, we lose all the joy and peace we need to have the “desires of our hearts”. Most of what we are scared about really never happens, just stories made for television movies.
