It's #LEGDAY!! I have a love/hate relationship with leg day. I groan when it comes up on my #workout schedule, but I feel SO GOOD once it's done! ... And then I groan some more when I sit down to pee or climb the stairs the next couple of days, haha!! . But what I love about it most is that that muscle pain means that I worked HARD! It means that I've put in the work. I've overcome my excuses. I've come one workout closer to my health goals. So in the end LOVE WINS in that little love/hate battle on leg day. There are WAY MORE things I love about it than I hate about it - that's why I push through and keep doing it! . This video is a time lapse of the first half of my workout this morning.
