I know I am some years late, but am I the only one who got upset because we didn’t get an apology from Val for insulting Kenna’s mother or the option for Kenna to say something about that when it happened?

“Wow. You know, I normally don't like eating people, but I think in your case I'll make an exception.”
four for lucio/mc ( maybe plague or demon lucio ? ) or ten for nadia/mc ?
I was feeling pretty lovey so I chose the Nadia prompt! Just fluff here this fine night
“Kai?”
His silver eyes flicked up from his book, to see the countess standing in the doorway in her nightclothes. He stood.
“Yes, milady?”
Nadia shot him an amused glare, before pain overtook her features once more.
“I’m afraid I’m in need of your help,” she said. “My headaches… I can’t sleep.”
Kai nodded. “Of course.” He set down the tome, crossing the room in a few strides.
They walked in silence, her arm in his, only stopping when her headaches prevented her from going further. When they reached her chambers, she allowed herself to lean on him more fully, and he led her to her bed, laying her down gently. He brushed her hair away from her face.
“Particularly bad tonight, milady?”
She only nodded.
“Don’t worry, I’m here for you.” He sat on the edge of the bed, gently bringing her head onto his lap. Every so often she winced, and he shushed her, assuring her she would be okay.
He ran his fingers through her hair, humming quietly. He let his energy flow into his fingers, a soft glow radiating from his skin. Gradually the creases in her brow smoothed.
She looked up at him and smiled.
“Thank you, Kai.” She nestled closer to him. “What was that song you were humming? I swear I’ve heard it before, I just-“ she winced “-can’t remember.”
Kai chuckled. “An old Prakran children’s song, countess,” he said. “I’m not surprised you know it.”
“Sing it for me?”
Kai flushed. “Sing, milady?”
She smiled coyly, reaching up to take his hand. He melted, and cleared his throat, starting the low melody. Nadia closed her eyes, her face content and relaxed. He held her hand in his own, and continued to brush his other through her hair. Whatever embarrassment he had evaporated at the sight of her so peaceful. And so he continued the tune, even after her breathing slowed, and her hand went slack in his, drifting off into her dreams.
