Ottime strutture, qualità nel servizio e del cibo molto alta, organizzazione e disponibilità, paesaggi mozzafiato in un territorio dove nulla è incolto o lasciato al caso. When there are a lot of person I Always choose a wine pairing food but also people😂 . . Yesterday the choice was a Lagrein 2019 from the locale producer @weingutkornell 🍇100% Lagrein Vinification in steel with maceration for 15-28 days Ageing 6-8 months in large oak cask and 2 months in bottle . . 👁️Dark Ruby Red 👃intense fruity and spices with black berry ripe and chocolate notes 👄Dry and soft, fresh and sapid with medium body. It confirms the nose with a really Easy drinking so fresh and tasty. Start with ripe fruite and last with chocolate and sweet spices. I would Like also ti be served. Little bit colder. . .
