We got to the hot springs maybe around 2 AM. It was cloudy. Not a star visible in the sky. It wasn't that cold. Just misty. We hiked it down to the tubs. There were a few people there. And an older man in the larger tubs who gave me the creeps, in an extraterrestrial way. It felt like he could read my mind because he kept speaking what I was thinking. During the night I was getting “downloads” -messages from my guides- and they said that an ancient force of darkness was with me. And to be mindful of my energy. Okay, so I thought, I’ll give extra care to pay attention to my thoughts. and I will be more kind. When you are doing a contact, you open yourself to many spirits, entities, beings, forces of energy- because you are accessing extra dimensions of space. This can invite in lower vibrational forces, especially if you have those vibrations. Someday I vibrate at a shame level- because of childhood trauma from being mixed race, and experiencing dehumanizing trauma from people of all races. I am working on healing this shame. This is often connected to suicidal thinking. Anyway, something straight out of a scary movie happened. I can’t write about because I’ve been recommended not to, and I don’t want to feed that energy. I also don’t want any more projections on what occurred. What I can say is this: When you have self destructive energy, and you tap into higher energetic realms, other things may come after you too. led by spirits. who sense the energy. Like a rabbit in a clearing, going to be a fox dinner. This is something to work on. In the end, I was protected. By the Graces of the Universe I saw the sunrise, and left for breakfast with two new friends. That was night one in the forest.
