What if instead of the weird soul graveyard that yugi ends up in during the Orichalcos arc what if he was like just in the void like yami before the puzzle was solved.
What if he was sealed away in the all consuming darkness where there is no concept of time while waiting for yami to come save him instead of that weird floating ball?
Yugi spending like a week floating in the void which feels like decades for him. Finally, understands how the Pharaoh felt, though yugi would never mention it not wanting to worry his ghostly lover. The angst potential
