My dudes! I can offically say that I got a distinction in my Masters in Medieval Literature and Languages! (I found out in November but wasn't posting back then) These are all the notebooks I used throughout my MA 📖
I just failed one of my assignments because my finishing edits (table of contents, bibliography and final conclusions!!) did not save in word and I essentially uploaded a draft to turnitin 🫠 let's hope my professor allows me to upload the assignment again, this time with all information... I honestly don't have the mental energy to do the assignment all over again
december 29, 2023 // have i started bringing reading socks to the library? i might. 💻🌱🩰
(University fundings never seem to be enough to turn the heating on higher than 19 degrees Celcius (66° F) and also, I'm shameless. Being a student for this many years will do that do you.)
Finally finished reading one of the papers on the (mental) stack that I still have to leaf through. Struggling a lot with keeping my motivation and discipline up these days. Peeling my eyes off whatever else they found and throwing them back at the pages in hope they'll stick is hard work and at this point I do not understand why exactly. Here's to hoping it will (and working on it in order to) get better.

This morning, I woke up not sure of where I was until my cat jump onto my bed. I don’t know about you but it happens to me more and more to not know where I am in the morning. I think it’s mostly because those past months I’ve moved quite often around my family to help with various things but the thing is that now I don’t real feel at home when I’m at my place, and I’ve been living in the same flat for the last fifteen years.
Otherwise, big day of work today and also one dedicated to administration. Because or covid, I’ve lost my job and I have to apply to Pôle Emploi (a French structure for people without a job). And I don’t know if you are a little bit aware about how French administration is Hell but it is. Anyway, after that I’ve submit several works: one for my CMS class (at least my parts) and my report for my communication in crisis’ class. Now I have to write at least jalf my part for my sociology report and I’ll be good for the day. I also have to do some research on Decathlon and its marketing environment but I think I’ll be alright. I’m taking a break for now to read a little bit. I’m at the beginning of I Was Born For This by Alice Oseman and for now I’m still intrigued by how the action will happen.

My new room is starting to look like a room, I am currently on the last strech of the year so lots of coffee and lots of visits to the library. I also went to film a small project in an abandoned train station which was very fun. I am finishing Uni in only a couple of weeks and I am not emotionally ready for it.
Lucy.
