Started the day super early, made myself a cup of coffee (still learning how to do this) and mapped out a new bujo spread for the week. Something about 5am makes my heart flutter.

bom dia ☕
em meio a minha rotina de estudos decidir incluir uma coisa que eu amo muito fazer: ler. ontem o meu pai chegou em casa com este livro "trono de vidro", o que foi uma surpresa maravilhosa. comecei a ler e estou gostando demais

As the pandemic beats my career to the ground and I sit unemployed at the age of 25, here's what I'm doing instead of letting the existential angst wash over me (it washes over me at least once in two days, I'm not invincible):
- I'm taking three courses on Coursera: two pertaining to educational technology and one about Sustainable Development.
As an aspiring educator, it's necessary to acquaint myself with the junctions of education, technology, policy, philosophy and everything in between. The sustainability one is for my own sake, because I get childlike joy at anything that's got to do with environmental education.
- I'm cultivating better relationships: with social media, my friends and family, my sense of self and my significant other.
There's an unfortunate rise of the right in the world, and with that all liberal and expansive thought has left the discourse as far as my country is concerned. I've lost a lot of friends to this but it's good riddance. I'd rather not be surrounded by people who don't even wince at lynchings of minorities but want to talk of (non-intersectional) feminism.
- I'm learning to speak up again: and learning to rely on myself. It's a slow journey but I'm sure we'll be fine.
Studyblr / Dark academia blog Introduction
Ciao! My name is Robin. I am not really new to Tumblr, however I have never made it a blog of my own. So here is a little bit about me!
About me:
• I am a 20 year old saggitarius and INFJ.
• I study International Business for Asia with a focus on Japan and the Japanese language.
• I am known to be a nerd! I study often, do well in uni and love geeky things like Assassin's Creed, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, just to name a few of the fandoms I love.
Interests:
• I love studying and am not planning to stop anytime soon!
• I adore reading. I love almost all genres and would love to chat about books or receive recommendations!
• Drawing (especially tattoo designs) is something I really enjoy too!
• I absolutely love the dark academia aesthetic! Any academia friends are welcome :)
• I sometimes cosplay and enjoy going to fantasy festivals and fairs.
Purposes of this blog:
• I want this blog to function as a study motivation for myself and others.
• The blog will purpose as a documentation of my journey as a forever student. I have many things I want to learn, so why not track them and eventually look back on all that I have done and dreamt of!
