Studyblr Post: 10 Things To Do During Your Study Breaks.
Here are a few things I thought I would share with you guys! I’m so close to 80 followers and I’m really excited! It’s been a slow process so thank you everyone.
5-10 Minute Breaks
Stretch Out! This doesn’t have to be complicated, Touch Your Toes!
Clean up your desk for a fresh start when you continue working
Write down what you’ve done so far
Write down what you want to finish off
Get up and get a glass of water/Refill your bottle
Go to a window and soak up the view
Walk outside and breathe deeply for two minutes
Squeeze your fists as tight as you can for a minute, the release
Play a song that you can rock too (Mine is Humble!)
10-30 Minute Breaks
Do some squats! Get your blood pumping for 10 minutes everyday to avoid heart disease <3
Clean up your desk and DON’T hang around! It’s your break.
Sit outside and soak up the sun or breathe the fresh air to wake you up and help with headaches
If you can, go grab a cup of coffee/tea or make your own
Eat some crackers or fruit bits! You cant learn on an empty stomach
Take a short shower and spray your favorite mist
Review how much you’ve covered and if you’ve met your target
Set goals for your next session.
Call a friend and tell them what you’ve covered! This will help motivate you and your friend too!
