so meet victor, investigative journalist who like his fashion is incredibly nosy. when writing an article about a jane doe who died holding a list of police officers and their criminal connections, he finds someone trying to murder him walking home. they very nearly succeed too, and so victor is like “oh fuck” and decides to fake his death
he’s sent to this guy alexey, who specializes in disappear people. alexey is like “alright you’ll probably wanna leave the city after this and keep your head low”, which has two main issues: victors fiancée katherine works for the same paper and is also incredibly nosy, and victor wants to figure out who tried to kill him and why. alexey, who’s on identity number 12at this point with most of those being gals, proposes a solution.
enter sarah setter, otherwise known as victor the flapper girl, a disguise hes enjoying maybe more than your average cis man. that’s about all i have for certain, im still trying to iron out some very major details, but i think that much won’t be changing
