Pronouns: He/They/It Height: 7'5 / 226cm Voice: Only by Nine Inch Nails -- A Daycare Attendant who's lost and lost in himself. The "Moon" part of him is not real. Do not trust him when he speaks of it. They were abandoned to make room for other daycare attendants. But he is not gone. He is the security detail in the plex where he lives. Sometimes, if they're lucky, they get to perform in the theater. He claims his name is Sun... That is not true either. Hes Unhinged. Unpredictable. It makes its own clothes by stealing the other daycare attendants' outfits and sewing them together. -- I hope u guys like him as much as me :]

I know people don't really care about ocs, but I wanted to post these two because I really do like how their designs came out!

Anyways lore dump incoming, moved under the cut as to not annoy people ^^'

🌞Par🌜

Par is an Eclipse model who's primary purpose is managing the birthday party spaces and supervising the arcade within the Daycare. They love their job, making people happy, and are quick to promise things they might not be able to do. They are very dense and take things at face value, so they are immune sarcasm and passive aggressive behaviour, which is unfortunate directed at them quite often when they don't achieve their people pleasing objectives. The only exception is children. If whatever a child says doesn't correspond with the reality Par knows, then they will assume the child is playing pretend, and will play along unless they recognise what they're trying to do as harmful.

Par, being an Eclipse model, is programmed with a dual AI that's supposed to help manage their duties more efficiently.

Birdie is the Moon side and is the main supervisor. He is connected to the cameras in those zones and is a Moon of few words, usually leaving the talking to Eagle. He is also the one to keep track of how many people there are, the tickets they should or shouldn't have (cheaters are instantly banned or worse), and how much money is being spent in any extras during the celebrations. They are also in charge of security, given their experience in keeping watch an noticing inconsistencies in their environment.

Eagle is the main entertainer, both for the kids and the adults that accompany them. She will do everything in their power to make sure everyone is enjoying their time and that the birthday boy/gal/pal has an unforgettable birthday. Very much a people person, and usually convinces others to listen to their ideas to make the party better. Loves investigating people's preferences to make sure everything is themed to the birthday haver's interests if possible.

🌛Parallax🌜

On the other hand, Parallax is a Moon model who works in the Theatre. He does both standard jester acts as well as illusion ones, which tend to be more popular. He is snarky, sometimes creepy, and very flirty, and loves to get under people's skin, whether that is to fluster them, embarrass them or anger them, he enjoys all reactions to his behaviour. Hypermobile without any of the consequences that come with being organic, he uses that for his illusions and to sneak around the Plex. And if a couple of people happen to be enticed to follow him into the darker parts of the building.... well. No one has to know.

And yes. They're dating. The in-universe reason Par and Parallax are an item is that because Parallax is super antagonistic but also flirty, and Par is immune to such things (sarcasm is useless and classic flirts are unnoticed), it made Parallax want to work harder and better his vocab & prose to catch that bot's attention. Eventually he realised he fell *hard* and it took him telling Par to their face that he liked them for them to realize and actually start dating.

It took a lot of time and effort, but the day Parallax actually got under Par's skin for the first time he was super happy for the next couple days and nothing could sour his mood.

...Ending on a sadder note, and slight extra lore, Sun and Moon are a dual Al duo at the Daycare, Parallax is a Moon in the theatre, and Par is an Eclipse in the party rooms... so where's Parallax's Sun?

Well, they never got to be made! Originally Parallax and his Sun were going to have a duo attraction at the theatre or whenever you caught them both around the Plex, but then when Par started to be worked on they realised they needed more hands to manage the party spaces and the arcades in the Daycare. So this Sun model was temporarily scrapped (read: scrapped completely) for lack of parts available. They even tried to just make Parallax a dual Al, but his code and hardware wasn't made with those capabilities in mind, and there wasn't enough time for the actor's debut, so they had to just let him go alone.

Parallax, despite currently being in a happy relationship, is still bitter about losing the one who was supposed to be his other half, and the relationship they could've had (partners, siblings, friends, something undefined; any would've been fine to him).

But now he'll never know. And that makes him angry.

And that's all I have for now. Maybe I'll post Par's security mode at some point since it swaps their colours around. Or Parallax actually being flirty towards others (which will SUCK because I don't know how to flirt whatsoever. How do people even do that what)

Regardless, I hope you like these guys even a little, I'm very happy with them. :D

(And sorry for getting distracted and not posting more Sun x Moon or anything else I said I would do. Procrastination is an old friend unfortunately, and she seduces me every time 😔)
