What if Mario Spin Off Characters Used Power Ups?

Featuring Count Bleck from Super Paper Mario!

Thought I’d try to finish what I started with this mini project of giving spin off characters power ups since they don’t really exist in those games. If they do, they don’t function the same way (Super Mushroom gives HP, 1 Ups revive, etc).

Up next is Fawful!

Rosalina in designs created by myself, imagining her in various power ups. Though, the Raccoon power-up (from Super Mario Bros. 3) is dubiously canon as Rosalina did use it in the Smash series.
