I've still been under the weather and now my son has some tummy troubles - so we took a sick day today. We have the diffuser going, sipping on tea, and are cuddling on the couch watching Christmas movies on Netflix. I took the opportunity to bake some pears with vegan butter, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla. Then I roasted 2 cups cranberries, 1 cup pecans and 4 tablespoons maple syrup. Added them and some of my favorite cinnamon sugar sunflower seeds by @superseedzofficial on top of these gluten-free oats by @bobsredmill to make this delicious breakfast.
