Sometimes, we forget how different we are from each other when we've been masking our true selves for so long. It's time like these where one of us doesn't follow our typical masking pattern and needs help to figure out what's wrong. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's hard. But at least we're still willing to help each other, which I think is beautiful.

i know some other hosts struggle with the other alters... without much realisation on how things feel for them, too. every alter is going to have different struggles and i think it's good to recognise the value each has and their work and efforts to keep the host[s] going, each in their own ways.
