a reminder to my system: just bc you don’t have knowledge of something doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. shit is wildly compartmentalized up in here lmao
Remember to.. treat your headmates with kindness and equality.
Hi it Emeelie, im 8, and I’m here to say that u gotta love ur system!
U all here for a purpose, u all made to benefit the whole of u!
U important, even if the way u were made to cope doesnt seem good!
Headmates, pls love each other, it wil bring u harmony<3
Reminder that it's ok to be wrong:
•it's ok if you thought you had DID but you really have OSDD
•it's ok if you thought you were a system but realised you aren't
•it's ok if you thought you were endogenic/non disordered and realised you were wrong
•it's ok if you thought your system was bigger/smaller than it was.
•it's ok if you thought you split a new alter when really it was just some heavy identity confusion
•it's ok if you suspected one disorder and it turned out to be something else
•it's ok if you were wrong about your trauma if your memories were skewed or lost and you didn't know the truth and now you do
You're not bad for not knowing everything all the time, you are not bad for making mistakes. We all do and you likely will make more mistakes in the future. It's ok! It's natural and dies not make you a faker, a fraud, a liar or a bad person.
