Okay, okay, I figured out the story of how the seasons change in my pantheon au

So, I made zooble the god of the earth and drugs so Jax went and snatched some of zooble’s special divine drugs and drugged Ragatha with it. Ragatha, being under the influence, can’t shine as brightly as she usually does and is susceptible to freezing the earth to death as a result. When Caine confronts them, jax pins it on zooble with the excuse of “it’s their drugs” and Caine forces zooble to take care of Ragatha and make sure she doesn’t freeze the earth. Zooble can’t make the plants grow because they’re too busy watching over Ragatha. Once the effects wear off, Ragatha gets pissed and burns twice as bright for a while as a result. And that’s why the seasons change.
