Order takeout foods from the coffeeshop across the road since mum don’t cook on weekends. Or to put it correctly, she just cooked the pumpkin rice and I am tasked to buy the dishes. Bought a small serving each of her favourite Mongolian Chicken (蒙古铁公鸡) (S$9) and stir-fry Green Beans with Dry Shrimps (虾米四季豆) (S$10). Add in a fried egg and some king oyster & capsicum stir-fry and I am good to go.
